Staff is friendly, I only ever get coffee so no comment on the food. I just don't understand why this location only ever has one... ordering lane open. It is equipped with two ordering telecom booths but they only ever have one open. Read more
The worst Tim?s to go to in Okotoks. They are constantly messing up orders every single time I go there. The manager is so rude,... she basically threw my donut when she didn?t punch in my order right and making annoyed faces. If you can?t handle your job andshow that kind of attitude you shouldn?t be working at Tim?s! They also rush you when ordering taking and get annoyed when youaren?t done. I am disappointed with their skip the dishes options. You are able to select a multi pack of donuts but you are unable to choose... which donuts you want and there is no spot for special instructions to let them know. This is up to the restaurant to makeavailable not skip. Read more

Easily and consistently the worst fast food establishment I've ever been to. Many of the staff are wonderful but the service is... terrible. I work nearby and so visit this Tims regularly and have had so many of my orders messed up that it is insulting. Burntcoffee, forgetting to add bacon on a BLT, switching a chocolate muffin for a cheese croissant or getting an order completelydifferent from the one id placed. This happens on a weekly basis to not just me but the many other people I work with who visitthis place for its convenience. Not sure what goes on in there but something needs to change. Read more
Appalling customer service. Placed my order for a breakfast croissant on my phone and after 10 minutes asked where it was, only... to be told they had no plain croissants (but hadn?t informed me!). Said a cheese one was fine. Waited another 10 minutes and washanded a cheese croissant with no filling. Told them I ordered a breakfast croissant- she grabbed it back and stuffed some eggand sausage in, then practically threw it back! No highchair either. Awful place. Read more
Never ask for a latte at this location. They either don't know how to use the machine, the machine is "down", or they only fill... the latte half full in the cup. That and they usually burn the espresso. Don't waste your money at this location. Read more
