Went there last night and spent upwards of $50 on chicken sandwiches and sides. Horrible. Chicken was flat, hard, and... obviously sitting for a long time. Not fresh at all. Fries were not fresh either and I suspect were dumped back into thefryer. To add insult to injury, the server at the drive thru was incredibly rude over the fact that I didn?t know how to foldproperly the drink container. He actually barked at me that I was doing it wrong. This is not the first time I was subjectedto rudeness from the drive thru. We will not be returning. Food and attitude match one another. You can get fresh bbq up theroad for less. Read more
GO FIND ANOTHER WENDY?S - JUST RIPOFFS, BAD FOOD, AND DISAPPOINTMENT HERE! I do love Wendy?s, and I?ve had some great food and... service at this location years ago. Just moved back to town and had a terrible time here. The drive-thru lights were off andthe menu lights were turned off making it impossible to read. I knew what I wanted though, and didn?t think anything of it. Was handed a cold burger and cold fries at the window. But nowadays a combo meal costs almost $20 ?and I was not about to paythat for cold food that had been sitting around. Went back, asked for fresh food that was hot and the guy looked at me like hewas gonna shoot me between the eyes. In the end, he obviously microwaved the burger and put my fries back in the fryer so theywere inedible from soaking up so much extra grease. Yes, 100% disgusting food, 100% a complete rip-off. Ordered two meals. $32 later they managed to screw up the burgers and completely missed a cheese sauce we ordered. Fries were... barely cooked. I love wendys but if it?s between this location and some other burger joint, I won?t be coming back here. Read more
This place doesn?t even deserve a 1 star. Do yourself a favour and don?t eat here or at the tim hortons. This store does not... clean anything. Floors have been nasty full of split milk no slip signs.. doors look like they haven?t been wiped down in years.Bathrooms have so much grime on them that they haven?t been clean ever. Before COVID this place would have been an easy 4/5 but ever since they've cut enough corners to be a circle. If you aren't the... only person there the service is quite slow, sometimes taking up to 20 minutes to finish three orders, and they always seem tobe at least two people short for every shift. There's been more than one occasion where I've heard the staff talking aboutmaking an extra burger only to find it thrown into my take-out bag instead of what I ordered. Read more
The tables are always dirty and it's typically super slow. I love Wendys and have been giving this location the benefit of the... doubt for quite sometime but alas I've had to come to this conclusion. Perhaps a changing of the guard? Definitely a personnelissue as I've been to other locations that are amazingly fast no matter time of day. Read more
I wasn't a big fan of this location as they always seem to have difficulty in finding the right staff. Things seem to be... getting better. Spoke with a management member from a calgary location that was helping out and reassured me they were workingon it. Good to hear.. the breakfast was great ... breakfast baconator was delicious and the potatoes were spicy and terrific. Keep up the good work ???? Read more
Something is not right, here. I was the only car in drive thru and it took something longer than 5 minutes for a basic order of... 3 combos. But the end of the world, but certainly much longer than it should. The fries were bad enough that they should've beenthrown out. Super old, not warm and lots of broken end-pieces. My Burger was good, but the outside of the wrapper had mayo on itthat made a mess on my clothes, so that's a bit irritating. My kids were happy with theirs. I've never had a problem at thislocation previously but they need to do better because there are 4+ competitors less than 2 minutes away. Read more
