Food was great, but our server did not do a great job. Everyone around us received much better service. My husband got his food... and then almost 10 minutes later I got mine. We asked for our check and Togo box and after waiting for them 15 or so minutes weasked a different server for the same thing and got them within a couple minutes. Read more
These people are either stupid or lazy, or both. They can never get an order right. I order the All American plain with Swiss... cheese. This is what I get!!!! It's not hard, it's not rocket science! I don?t know if it?s new management or what . But I brought my family there for a late dinner. It was very slow in there and we... were sat down. Waited for 15 minutes while 3 servers were just chatting amongst themselves. Finally asked for our server. We gotour orders in . Our server was good. We waited for so long for our food. We could see our food was up but it was not brought tous . It just sat there in the kitchen as servers walked around. By the time I got my wings they were cold , barely any sauce onthem . I didn?t want to complain to our server at the time because I didn?t want to have to wait awhile for food to come backout. This place is different now. Read more

It's not like your expectations should be sky high going to any Bdubs, but this is the worst one I've ever been to. Alexis at... the bar took 15 minutes to even look my way, even though it was a Monday night at 8:30 when I walked in (no, MNF wasn't on).There was maybe 4 other people at the bar. It took another 5 to come take my drink order, and 15 more to as if I wanted food.When my wings finally came, they were cold, rubbery and barely warm. Like many places, this BWW is being impacted by staffing shortages. On arrival, the dining room was half empty yet there was a... 30 min wait due to a shortage of servers. Then once we were seated, we were told there will only be a limited menu of wings andsalads (no burgers etc) because there were only a couple of cooks. The servers are making the most of a difficult situation soit?s not their fault, and tbh we just wanted to watch NFL so beers and wings are fine, but it does make the experience a lotless fun. I hope this problem gets solved in our country soon. Read more
The wings were so good I ate everything but the bone. I called this place to congratulate them on such fantastic wings and the... manager, Dave, said he?d go around and high five everyone so I?m hoping he stays true to his word. We recently came from a placethat had a horrible BWW that I gave a second chance to and still messed up our order. Love the food here. The service has never Impress me until this evening. Aria is a host that need to be Recognized for her... hard work and professionalism don't let them.
