I think this location have very poor management No one taking orders at drive thru around 8-9 pm No one works there
I will never rate any Burger King with less than 5 stars because I understand their issues with staffing shortages and such.... BEFORE COVID a shift was effectively ran with 6 or more crew people at a time- NOW a shift is ran with less than 4 people withthe same customer traffic. Don't be rude to the staff- they showed up for work. If they didn't show up you'd be waiting longer. If you see less than 4 people- YOU WILL BE WAITING SO EXPECT IT. If you don't have time to wait- DON'T BE RUDE ABOUT IT. Thestaff is trying as hard as they can. Kindness is free. Be kind to them. They get overwhelmed, overworked, stressed out, andsometimes sad when people are mean to them. You wouldn't want them going to your job being mean to you. Read more

This may be the worst Burger King in America Folks. Avoid this place at all costs. The employees are just lifeless and... depressed ALL THE TIME. The lobby is closed...."all the time". And forget about getting fresh/hot food. Decided to try thislocation once again, (it had been about 6 months). Ordered an impossible whopper meal and also a King Bacon meal. My Whopperwas room temperate with brown lettuce, no onion and no tomatoes. And there was also NO mayo. The fries were cold and "old" aswell. You know when you can tell that your fries have been sitting? Yeah....those.......yuck! My partner opened his KingBacon Burger and there was NO bacon on it. I kid you not there was no bacon on it. The onion rings he got were actually tasty. Our drinks tasted like battery acid however. Whoever owns this location needs to fire the entire staff.......shut it down andregroup with people who actually want to work. It may take some time but you can indeed find a group who will be thankful to beemployed. The employees at this location are just so ANNOYED to even be there and you can tell immediately at the drive thruwhen they speak to you. Just terrible. I get that's it's fast food and not a dream job but have some PRIDE in everything youdo in life. Life is beautiful no matter what you happen to be doing....Know it and cherish it. Last note here: We spent$25.00 for this order and definitely got a refund. We ended up going to Longhorn and getting 2 burgers that were absolutelyamazing! Fresh made to order and great service. The lady that took our order was so friendly but we ordered some whopper jr?s which were fine but I ordered the new ch?king... chicken sandwich and it was black and so over cooked, I couldn?t eat it. It was dry and wouldn?t tear apart. Also got two largefries that were not fresh.. probably due to being dropped in oil multiple times. Read more
I went to this Burger King this morning. I ordered 6 French toast sticks. They were so undercooked I couldn't even finish them.... When I called back, after 4 attempts, someone finally answered. I explained to her that my food was undercooked. She said Iwould have to go back to the store to get replacement. I let her know that I don't live in the area and I was just passingthrough and asked to be mailed coupons. She said, "You'll have to come in to get free food." Then she hung up! I would notrecommend this store. The service was subpar. Save yourself the time and energy. This happened around 945a and it wasnt busywhen we stopped by. There's no excuse for the poor service. Update to 3 stars: Travelled out of my way to go back to thislocation to request a refund. The gentleman, Dwayne, assisted me and was very pleasant. From what I could see, there wasn't anactual manager on duty but he called one OTP, Novia. She helped him assist me. I'm happy. Unhappy with whomever I spoke to thismorning. Went to get 2 large unsweat iced teas. Seriously costs over 8 bucks. The night before we got 49 dollars worth of food, clearly... was old and sitting around. It was not fresh at all. Never again! Read more
