12/6/22 update: returned today for my convenience not really my preference. Decided to try pump 11 again since last time it... didn't work. The pump machine worked fine which was nice, except that inserting cards is problematic... Try enough times and itworks. Will share video of machine if I can. Receipt doesn't print, again asked to go inside. ~11/22/22: Stopped to get gas heretoday. Pump 11. First the pay at pump credit card machine is hard to insert cards. Then the machine got stuck after scanning mycard-kept saying "pending-please wait" then sale cancelled after a minute or two. Tried a second time with same result. I pushedthe help button and the screen showed message "go inside for help." I went inside and the cashier claimed to have had anothercomplaint on the same pump ... Haha lucky me to follow. The cashier gave me an option of pre-pay but I'd need to tell him the $amount. Or go to another pump. Good grief! Of course the cashier didn't follow me out to close the pump, guessing others willhave save problem. ????I have noticed many other pumps at this location are out of order, leaving me to wonder if the ownerisn't able to afford to keep the station in good working condition. Watch your change here they'll short you if you're not paying attention. Dark hair scruffy looking gal tried to short me 50... cents today and when I called her out she acts innocent and immediately knew it was 50 cents... Told her this happens way toooften everywhere for it just to be a mistake. Then she said I should go to QT instead if I don't like it and don't come back. Suppose in her mind if you don't like being ripped off here don't come back. Read more
Phone is left off the hook so the employees don't have to deal with calls. Pizza is always done 5-10 minutes before time and... either left to sit out and get cold or overcooked on a heat lamp. Attitude from workers who are getting paid to hang out withfriends and would like customers to go away. Pizza quality has gone very downhill, paper thin crust and decreasing size. Theseare all ongoing issues and no apparent attempt has been made to fix any of it. Do not come to this place. Read more
The worst Casey's I've been to. I've had a couple bad experiences at this location. After the last incident I won't be going... back to this store. I pulled in to get gas about 8:45ish. The first pump I tired wouldn't work, so I tried a second pump. Once I finished filling my tank the pump was out of paper and didn't print my receipt. So I had to go inside to get receipt,which is a big deal. I walked to the doors and they are locked. I see 3 gentlemen standing behind the counter, they look at meand look back down at what they were doing. I stand there for while longer, and of them start yelling they were closed. Itried to tell him I just need a receipt for my gas. He refused to give me a receipt and just keep saying they are closed. Iasked him what time they closed and he said 9 pm. I looked down at my watch and it was 8:58p. They were completely locked upand shut the computers down before 9 pm, when had said they closed. The man just kept yelling at me through the door and wascompletely rude and unprofessional. If the pumps were still on, then the doors shouldn't be closed or at least they should makesure there is paper at their pumps. Save the headache and avoid the rude employees and just go to QT. I love the gas prices. The employees there are just plain rude! It?s like dealing with the IRS or the DMV. They scowl at the... customers. Very unfriendly. I feel very unwelcome by the staff every single time I go there. Also, the windshield fluid hasalways been empty every single time. Read more
17.00 for a large pep pizza via door dash. I was okay with it because it's Casey's pizza. What I got was 2 large VERY VERY THIN... and burnt pizzas. And no crust. And of coarse there's nothing you can do because it's not door dash fault. So disappointed. Read more
Tried the brisket pizza. It was horrible. Went to my fridge and I dumped a ton of cold BBQ sauce all over it and then it was... somewhat palatable. Store is dirty, workers are absolutely lacking in skills, knowledge, policy and customer service. Just anewwwww factor all the way around. Does NOT feel like a Casey's in Johnson County. More like one that belongs in a town withabout 200 people, if that. Clean up, represent and have some respect for yourselves. Read more
Half the time there is trouble with the pumps. They don't like the cold weather maybe? Pump 11 says "processing" for 2 minutes... after you enter your PIN. Pump 3 won't allow you to stick credit card into the slot all the way. Black cloud hanging over thisstore. Plus road is all messed up, access sucks. Read more
