I just had the absolute worst burrito from this location. The worst burrito roller that has ever worked at chipotle in the... history or burrito rolling. The girl didn't roll it. She Folded my burrito like a bath towel, with the hopes of every would stayinside. Because she decided to fold it. Not only did she struggle to maintain everything inside but also i lost about a good 1/3of the meat portion. As others mentioned.. we have tried this location several times and been disappointed. Tonight was the absolute last straw. We... had one order for a Veggie Bowl, and not only did it have meat, which was a huge deal! Everything else was in correct as well. Paid extra for toppings we did not receive. It?s like they just put whatever they want in the bag and your expected to dealwith it. Will not be returning. I understand staffing issues, and the struggle. However, people are supporting your businessat you should at minimum be able to make a burrito, when there are so few ingredients to start. Read more
This was our THIRD disappointing visit here in a row. We all have bad days but this can no longer be considered coincidence.... I'll focus on tonight: Placed online order, waited nearly 30 minutes past our promised time, checked in twice for updates (verynon committal both times I asked for a status/eta). Order was still wrong when they handed it to me (Luckily checked before Ileft this time- I've been burned before). Order was over $70. Service was NOT worth this. Do not recommend this location. Okay chipotle queso is a joke . They pour queso out of a bag I thought I made everything fresh. Hmmmm. Chips are overcooked and... EXTREMELY SALTY! as always . My bowl was great the rice was cooked perfectly . The past few times I?ve ordered online from this location, they?ve completely messed up my burritos. It almost seems like they... play topping roulette and you?re just stuck with whatever they give you. This time, my husband?s was so messed up that hecouldn?t even eat it. Don?t go to this location unless you?re going inside and watching as they make it. This is extra insultingwhen the sticker on the wrapper says exactly what should be in it. 90% of the tables are are dirty whenever I go here. If you order online your food tends to be underwhelming when it comes to the... burrito filling. If you want a good experience go in and order. If you want to dine in bring wet wipes. Read more
