1st let me say, I love me some Chipotle. I love it so much that i have to have it once a week, lately I've notice that their... prices have gone up (which I'm okay with) the problem I'm having is how stingy they have gotten with their food. I went today,ask for my rice, she only put not even a spoon full of rice in the bowl, then spread it out as if she put a lot in my bowl, Iasked it I could have some more rice, she put wat was left on the spoon in my bowl, then went on to the next item. Now I loveLOTS of cheese, she sprinkle some cheese on, had to ask for more. I use to get a single portion of chicken, now I have to getdouble chicken just to equal the single portion I use to get. I don't mine paying for my food, my problem is, they have raisedtheir prices but now you get less food. I would have given 5 stars but I only gave 2 stars because I get less food but pay more. I have been frequenting this location for 6 years now since we moved nearby, but this Chipotle has been on the decline for about... a year now. The large queso size seems to be smaller than it used to be and the portions are much skimpier. My burrito bowl isnever full anymore where it used to be almost overflowing. A few times I've ordered a bag of chips I've bitten into a few verystale chips like they have been mixing fresh with old. I'm sad because I used to love this place so I hope it gets better. Read more
This chipotle used to be good. The new highest give skimpy portions and they have done this since January the year before I got... great portions they are so tiny I had to tell them to put more beans and rice and they caught an attitude. Read more
This is by far the best Chipotle in the City (KC & surrounding). The culture is still instilled at this location and I love... coming here! It's ALWAYS very clean, from the dining room & bathrooms, to the service line! Great customer service (withsmiles) from all employees, and never a very long wait. I wish all Chipotle restaurants could be like this again! 10/10 Read more
I?m trying out vegetarian for 2020 and one concern I had was eating out. Glad to know Chipotle has some options that fit that... diet. Always fast service, good food and a great place to eat and stay dry when it?s raining out. Love Chipotle after themovies! Read more
This place is disgusting I was just working there remodeling the kitchen and prep areas and this is black mold and the mold... spores all are floating around that place. We ask they shut down so we could do the necessary repairs and guess what they didthey kept going like the thing to do people's food is being prepped right above this dangerous mold not even two feet away . Well, I spent 25.00 there for a steak bowl and guacamole. The people I have is that the sign stated if you add queso to the... steak bowl, it?s 1.45. I do not like my queso on my steak bowl because I add it as I am eating because I save my leftovers forlater. I asked that my queso be placed in a cup and not directly on the food. They charged me 2.60 instead of 1.45. I wentback into the store so they could refund the difference. I was told it cost 2.60 since I got the queso?. In a small cup?. Icalled store when I got home to speak to manager. I was told they didn?t have one that could be reached so they transferred mycall to the corporate line to which they said some stores are programmed to do that??? Really??? I think it?s a rip off and Ihave no desire to go back which is very unfortunate. Read more
