Love this place! If you're ever in the area, stop by here and get a cheeseburger or a concrete for dinner and dessert! Service... in the drive-thru is fast and good is very good. It was my first time there & I will definitely be going back. Everyone was so welcoming & friendly when we went in. The food was... AMAZING!!! It was hot & freshly made. I've never had a grilled chicken sandwich so thick, tender, juicy & flavorful. The frieswere piping hot which rarely ever happens at other places. My shake was excellent too! Super service. Friendly employees. The food is amazing. Ice cream is very good. Convenient location with plenty of parking.... Ellie was working when we came in. She held the door for us and took our order. She was very sweet and pausing as we put in anorder for 6 people. Great job Ellie! Read more
I want to give a shout out to the friendly humans at Culver's for their fantastic customer service. Tonight in the drive thru,... my order was somehow missed, but that's okay, mistakes happen. After I asked someone if they could check on my order, they did,and 5 minutes later, brought my food out, apologized for the wait, and also brought me not one, but THREE (good) coupons whichhave two free meals and a dessert. Owning up to mistakes and welcoming back guests in any service industry is important, andthis place really hit it out of the park tonight with fixing a mistake. Much appreciated. (4.5 stars) First time here, or any restaurant in this chain. We do not have it in Washington State, where I'm from. The... service was fast and friendly. The restaurant, drink and condiments, and bathroom areas were all clean and looked new. Theoutside parking and landscaping looked well kept. The food (burgers - fries - onion rings) was tasty and at a good price. Ialso tried a couple unique items on the menu - was very happy!! Pretzel Bites & Cheese (plus the) Deep Fried Cheese Curds. Oh my goodness ???? there was a young man to open the door! And anther to direct traffic to keep things flowing smoothly. I'm... not particularly fond of this restaurant, especially the fries.
