This place is atrocious. They behave like they are doing a favor to you by selling food. Ordering your pizza is playing like... Russian roulette. Have ordered several times but they never got to see even one pizza. All they do is complain about staffshortage. Well of you don't have staff, don't take orders. You can't even call and cancel the order, because guess what theydon't pick up your phone. Don't know how they are still in business. Read more
I order from this location a few times a year, yet I regret it immediately. The Dominos tracker is awesome, you can see when... they start making the pizza, when it goes into the oven and you can also see the 1-2 hours it sits on the counter or under aheat lamp before it comes out for delivery. Once it is out for delivery expect it to take 30+ minutes regardless of how close(I?m under a mile away from the store) you live. I have never ordered a pizza from the location and received it warm or notsoggy. Every time I get pizza from this location I have to cut it myself, which I guess is a positive because I have to reheatit anyway. Kitchen time management is clearly off. Really disappointing. Never had any issues w/their pizzas. Good pizza! However... I have had a few issues w/longer than usual wait times. This store... has problems! From customer service to short on staff(long wait times) to closing early. I put in a future order Saturdayafternoon for 10pm. I drove to the store right before 10pm and it was closed. Saw the manager cleaning inside and spoke w/herfor few seconds. Told me that my card would not be charged and that's it. Would of been nice if the manager called me and let meknow that they were canceling my order before I drove up there. Anyways ..No apologies from her and did not offer me a freepizza in return for her screw up and waiting my time. Tells me that she does not care and does not want my business/$$$. Lookedat more reviews and noticed similar experiences. I assume this store has short staffed which would explain the long waittimes/closing early. I recommend calling this store(if ordering at night) to make sure they are open before you order.Hopefully, this store can get their issues straightened out because this store is losing customers/$$$. Pizza is good(nocomplaints) but this store has problems! 20% off, carryout deal $7.99, etc etc.. All these deals on their website and theseunderstaffed Dominos cannot handle the demand customers are taking advantage of. Read more
Worst experience I?ve ever had ordering pizza. We ordered a $65 order for delivery at 4:30 pm, waited until 7pm, never got our... food or any kind of update. When I called the number for the location, just got a busy signal. Finally drove up to the location,just to be waved away by an employee saying that they were closed. Hours posted says they are open until 1am. Absolutelyridiculous. Very irritating. Never ordering Dominoes again. Read more
Extremely irritated, I tried to place an online order at 11:15pm. The online system said online ordering was unavailable and to... call. I tried to call and was on hold for 5 minutes. So I rushed here and made it by 11:30pm. No one was there, so why areyour hours posted as 12:00pm on Sunday? If you close at 12:00pm that means you stop taking orders at 12:00pm. Not 11:59pm, andcertainly not 11:00pm. It will be a while before I give Dominos anymore money. (Before this I dashed over to the one on SantaFe, it was also empty at 11:30pm.) Read more
Terrible experience. I absolutely wouldn?t use this location. I ordered two small pizzas with a pickup of 5:07-5:17. Got there... and they said they hadn?t started making it and to come back in 20 minutes. Came back 25 minutes later and they STILL hadn?teven made my pizza!! I sat in their parking lot for over 45 minutes past the ?estimated pick up.? No apology from them,nothing. I waited 3 hours for my order to arrive and when I called was told there was only 1 driver so I gave them the benefit of the... doubt but after being told several times that it was out on delivery and waiting for 2 hours I was annoyed. When we got ourorder we received an extra box and was confused on what it was since we didn?t order it. Only to find out that it was half eatenfood sitting with the rest of our order in the bag. Ordered pizza at 7:40PM and I called an hour later to get the status and I was told my pizza was about to head out the door and... I was 2nd in line for delivery. I waited ANOTHER hour and called for status and was told it looks like my order was delivered. Itold them it was not. The manager told me she would make a new pizza and get it out to me in 10 minutes. It?s now been 4 hoursand I never got my food. I?ve called the store over 10 times and no one is answering my call.
