Omg the Best literally the Best Shaved Ice We have ever had. No hard bits of ice, No melting where it soakes at the bottom with... the flavored juices, this Shaved Ice was perfect covered every bit in its flavored juices. Had a long board and I tell you I ateevery bite, i was amazed at how smooth and soft the ice was, down to my last bite. There was only about 1/2 a teaspoon offlavored juice at bottom I was very impressed to taste every flavor in the Shaved Ice, and that the flavored juices stayedembedded in the ice and not melt to the bottom. Not impressed with the ice shavings. Pro- Got a pretty big cup for a small size Cons - - Horchata sno cone tasted of sugar syrup... and nothing else. - Hawaiian Punch was super sweet but very weak flavoured punch - Bahama Mama was again super sweet with veryweak notes of coconut. Read more

Came here for my son's 6th birthday.. he wanted a snow cone... we had never been here before and didn't realize they also have... ice cream smoothies popcorn and more... great service as well and they have Superman Ice cream...or play doh as it's calledhere:) have not seen other places with it out of Michigan so I'm excited and we'll definitely be back!! We went today 5/24/2020. We got 3 long boards. As you can see from the pic our order was written on each side. We got 2 of the... decorative cups and one that was not. We where told that the plain one was the same size as the decorative ones. Once we wheredone I went and measured each one. The plain cup holds 2 cups of water and the decorative ones hold 3 cups of water. By volumethese are not the same cups. Not just that but the decorative cups where filled over the edge in the clear plastic dome and theplain cup had the white lid on it. This would mean there was still more in the decorative cups than the plain one. We paid 4dollars for each and we got ripped off on the third. We have been going to hokulia since it opened and never have had thishappen. This was very dishonest and uncalled for. 6/6/2020 We came in and ordered 3 shaved ice 1 long board, 2 short boards and1 smoothie 1 shake. We recieved the 3 shaved ice the right way but the shake was a 16 oz not a 24oz. The workers are not payingattention. I asked my son if this was what he ordered and he said no. If we where not physically there in the store to ask themto remake it. I belive this would of ended like last time. These accidents seem to be happening everytime I bring my familyin.
