The pharmacy is still a sick joke. It's bad enough that they don't fill prescriptions when they are called in, even if you don't... go until a couple of days later. Now they flat out lie to you and say they are ready when they are not. I wish a manager wouldtake all of the bad reviews seriously and actually turn the pharmacy back around to be as good as it was about a year ago. When they rarely get a delivery wrong, they make it right immediately. Hy-Vee + Membership is amazing! Free stuff every month!... Dunkin Donuts coffee and stuffed porkchops and more this month! Already paid for itself! Read more
This pharmacy is just poorly set up and on top of having no drive thru service for the bulk of the past year (no explanation,... just coned off), they are consistently charging the wrong amount for GoodRx prescriptions. I finally reached my limit when Igot two prescriptions charged the wrong amount and due to having cars behind me and not wanting to have them go through processof reprocessing and delaying everyone else, I just called GoodRx to help. The GoodRx rep reached out on my behalf to see ifthey would reprocess and honor the correct amount. The pharmacy manager said that I signed off on the amount and they would notreprocess. The GoodRx rep said that many times when this happens, a participating pharmacy will reprocess, so it was a matterof not caring about their error. Moving everything to Costco. I hope they improve whatever is dragging them down since theyare much more convenient. Read more
I like the small shopping carts but they almost never have any available. I don?t have this issue with Hen House or Price... Chopper. Apparently buying more small carts is more than they?re willing to do to save customers business. I know I?m not theonly customer with this issue. Read more
HORRIBLE customer service at the Pizza counter. Basically told me they could NOT make me an all veggie take and bake pizza... (while they we?re making other take n bakes right in front of me) because they didn?t want to do it and said they had anotherperson coming on duty at 4pm who would do it, and they were done making what they were going to make during their shift. Hard tofind good help these days! They need to hire more people who are over 35 years of age and have a work ethic. Read more
Right by my house but every time I stop by just to grab something I'm always left disappointed. This time I forgot some bread... from Whole Foods so I ran over here and got the Vienna bread. We had a couple slices for dinner and the next day it's molded. In12 hours bread should not mold. (See the pictures to what I woke up to the next morning to make some toast with my coffee???????? and I almost didn't see it!) This is not sanitary. This not safe for human consumption. I won't be shopping here again.There are plenty of other places to shop and spend our money at. There's no excuse. Not only are you taking people's hard earnedmoney and giving them a product that isn't even stable.... You can make people really sick. Do better. The two stars is for thefriendly staff I've encountered while shopping and nothing more. Don't shop here. Just just down the block and get quality foryour money. Read more
Can you be in love with a grocery store??.I say YES! I remembered really liking HyVee when we lived in the metro area... previously, so when we recently moved back after 11 years and I saw HyVee was relatively close I knew it?d be my grocerystore. The employees are always awesome and helpful if you need to find an item, the store is always clean and organized, theselection of take home meals is awesome (meatloaf & mashed potatoes, chicken pot pie, General Tso chicken - it?s all beendelicious), and I love the rewards program with fuel saver money and the fueling station right next to the store.
