Several things wrong. 1- when a customer cannot call your store without speaking to someone and you?ve called 6 times, there?s... an issue. 2- when you pay a hood tip and the person cannot even knock on the door that?s an issue. 3- when you put in theinstructions to hand me my food, that?s an issue and 4- when my food sits outside unattended because of all this, that?s messedup. Food was good, service not so much. My online order was 30 minutes late. It was relatively busy and really that wasn't an issue... as the employees were working as fast as they could. My issue is the manager was very rude to me for no reason . Not once did Icomplain or even mention my order was late even though she was aware of my name. A few customers came in after the time my orderwas to be ready, went through the line and got their food before me. The manager had no problem apologizing to them about thewait and even offered them a free drink and side. She kept checking on another takeout customer who's order was late like mineand personally handed him his order. Yet when my order was ready she just threw it on the counter and didn't say anything at allleaving me to guess even though she knew it was mine and I had been waiting. I have an idea why i was treated differently thanthe other customers but I won't speculate. Needless to say I won't be returning for a $16 sandwich I could have made at home. Read more

I went here when they were slammed and undermanned for for the first half of the lunch rush. The team ran more efficiently than... a Nascar pitstop on meth. Every employee did their part and I got my sandwich five minutes after walking in the door. Everypiece of meat, cheese, and condiment was perfectly distributed among the bread. Idk how they did it. I might just go back to seewhat kind of sleight of hand they pulled because it was nothing short of an elaborate magic trick. Given how busy they were Ifigured I'd get a subpar Italian (which I'd have eaten without complaining) but they gave me a masterpiece instead. I hate myjob with a burning passion and they gave me a lunch break so great I got to spend the rest of my day without even hating myselffor not going to college after highschool.
