Late afternoon went through drive through this particular location I've had terrible experiences with drive through. To be... clear and fair to the staff all were problems that were experienced were, in my opinion, caused by managers who have only thecost of labor as their concern not the loss of customers or employees and the revenue they generate. Recently service is rough and the wait time is long. We had already waited a fair amount of time in line before we got our food... at the second window, just to be given the wrong food. Had to go back through the line, another wait, and then had to pullforward and wait another 10m. So in total, 30m later we got the correct food, manager came out to talk to us and tried to makethings right. She was super nice and you can definitely tell she wants her store to be one of the better ones in the area. Read more
It took well over 5 mins for shinestine to notice we were even there to get our taken. When we went to get our drinks they were... out of the kids we needed. The tables were filthy. We were there at least 30 mins before someone came out to clean them. Aftergot our order one of my PLAIN burgers had mayonaise on the wrapper and it tasted like it. My daughters chicken nuggets lookedlike they weren't cooked properly. The only reason we stayed was because our children were really hungry at first. We stillended up having to feed them again less then a hour later. Plus they didn't have the Halloween buckets and we ordered happymeals specifically for them and they couldn't tell us they were out. 30+ minute wait for a cheeseburger that I never received. Clearly the people that were working at this location tonight did not... want to work. I placed a mobile order and arrived at 10:53p. At 11:00p I got a notification thanking me for my order. There werea lot of people waiting in the drive through line and I was in the curbside line. At 11:15p I went through the drive through totalk to someone and no one answered for me, or the two cars that were behind me that were also waiting for someone to take theirorder. I finally left without anything at 11:21, now I have to call McDonald's and get my money back. It would honestly bebetter to close the restaurant at 10p. Read more
had to park me and then i had to go inside to get my order. Took them over 10 min to make fries without salt and to cook a fresh... chicken sandwich. Very disappointed usally this dosent happen. Read more
Ordered 2 cheeseburger kids meals, only ketchup, extra fries and sprite along with one order of chocolate chip cookies. The lady... at the drive thru asked me multiple times to repeat what I thought was a simple order but she kept deleting what was on screenabout 3-4 times. I received one correct meal, because I checked and the other meal, because they made me wait two minutes longerfor it, assumed it was fresh and correct so drove away without checking, but it wasn't. It was far from fresh, partially hardbuns, had old, dried out bacon, mustard and pickle. I was rather confused. When they handed me the first kids meal, they gave me2 large sprites. I tried to refuse them but the young lady at the drive thru said it must've been a mistake. Sometimes it isn'tworth the trouble to complain regardless of the amount spent. We drove quite the distance for a small event and opted to eathere of all the options in the area, just to stop elsewhere to replace the burger that was not up to par. Read more
It was dirty at 5am when they first opened the doors. I was appalled by how dirty the place was. Like trash & food all over the... tables, the soda machine hadnt been cleaned at all & was disgusting. I couldn't even eat the food I bought cause if the lobbylooked that nasty then I could imagine what the kitchen looked like. So i was very very very grossed out. Read more
