We love this place! Consistently great food. Very good service as well. We like to sit in the bar area. It is always busy so... you may have to go early or wait a little. Highly recommend. Read more

Have not received a response from them, so following through with a review. My wife loves Old Chicago in Wichita, so we tried... the one in Olathe. The food was good, and the service adequate, but the credit card receipt was $92.66 for an $86.65 foodticket. I tipped ~15% on the food total, rounding it off to $100. The card was actually charged $120. We will not be goingback to Old Chicago until this is resolved. Update: no explanation of either overcharge, but they did finally credit backthe $20. Read more

Old Chicago is always a good spot. The wings were a little generic though.

Before I post this I will say that I reached out to Old Chicago to avoid giving them a public review and have yet to receive a... response. While dining at this location our menus stuck to the table, our pizza was brought out before our appetizer (least ofmy worries but annoying), food wasn’t even hot, and our plates were dirty. After the server took one appetizer plate back dueto it being dirty they brought out our dinner plates. When I went to grab mine, I could feel grease on the bottom. I took apicture as it was visibly dirty. I then rubbed a napkin on my appetizer plate and my napkin turned brown. When I asked theserver to give us clean plates I noticed ranch dressing or some white substance on a second plate and melted cheese on a thirdplate. One dirty plate is one thing but almost all of them is completely unacceptable especially during a pandemic. I had threechildren with me, one of mine and two of her friends to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We will not be back to Old Chicago.Especially knowing I sent out a very much longer and polite message to the establishment itself, to avoid a negative review, twodays ago and have not received a response. This was a pretty horrid experience all around to be honest. Once we were seated I touched the table and it was incredibly... sticky, supposedly the cleaner they had did that. At all the restaurants I've ever worked at if a cleaner ever started doingthat we would have found a different cleaner. It was disgustingly sticky enough that your hand stuck to it. We then sat there afew minutes just for a waiter to approach. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip and it took about 20 to 25 minutes for it tocome out only for the chips to be broken tiny pieces and taste like burnt cheese with zero taste of the artichoke and almost nospinach taste. Once we got our meals there was no dip with my wings and my boyfriend got tomatoes on his sandwich when hespecifically asked for none. Luckily I didn't have to use my fork because that came out of the bundle dirty. For the price ofthis food it should have been better, a mcdonalds could taste better than this place. The environment meeting dirty and stickywas just a top off to the idea that I was never coming back. Read more

This pizza was fantastic! We got a hand tossed Chicago 7 (with extra black olives instead of mushrooms). I’ve never had a... pizza with so many toppings on it! We also ordered the jalapeño cheese pretzel bites and actually sent them back. They cameout dark, hard and a little burnt - and were not very flavorful, although the cheese dipping sauce they came with was great. The server was very nice, took them off our bill (we had our pizza by the time we sent them back), and was sincerely apologetic. We don’t like sending things back, but these were disappointing and not worth eating. That, the $4 draft beer being theironly game day special, and the price ($26.99 for one large pizza) is what gives them four stars. We were using money we hadbeen given for Christmas, otherwise I couldn’t imagine paying essentially $30 for one pizza after tax. It was deliciousthough! Read more

Today we wanted pizza! We passed 2 Minsky restaurants and headed to Old Chicago I wanted Deep Dish. I was a bit worried because... it looked as if the restaurant was closed one other occupied table in the place at 2 o'clock. The pizza was good, the staff werenice, it was just the atmosphere was my the only complaint just too empty and $14 for an individual pizza seemed a bit high. Will I return? Yes Read more

Updated Review - I’ve grown to love this place. Yes, they had some issues with the beer taps, but I’ve seen less and less... over time. I frequent this place usually about every other week. There’s always room at the bar and plenty of seating. It’svery family friendly in the back too. Bar staff are extremely friendly as well. 2019 Review - Nice selection of beer but legitevery time I’ve been in there they’ve had a issue with the beer taps for some reason. Read more
