Food was great but when we pulled up to order no one answered, we waited in the parking lot for 45 min (pregnancy cravings am I... right?!?) they were friendly when we pulled up but it was a long time to wait for a place that was supposed to be open! Read more
Came for lunch at 11:10am. Says they are open. I get there and it's closed. WTH. Waisted my time. Went through drive thue and... notice my item I wanted had paper over it. What a joke. Never coming back here. Have better luck at all other locations. Read more

This was suppose to be my lunch tomorrow but it's already really burnt so no way that will happen. Also, the rice gets to be... less every time. Why? It's super cheap! I have no idea why i give them so many chances. At one time i would spend over $50 but ikeep buying less and less till i got to just a bowl and they couldn't even do that right. Last 3 times an item was missing. 2out of those times the green beans were old. One time they obviously gave me the scraps of the chow mein because it was only 5%noodles and the rest was filler. Think i am done w this place. Update:So it is a month later and the inside was closed last weekstill and today even the drive thru was closed. I frequent at this location often. But am tired of their service and portions. Hopefully someone sees this and make some... changes.. Portions are rather small compare to some of the other locations I've been to... I went thru the drive thru today anddidn't get my sauces for my entrees, AGAIN!!. This is what I got for $10. A lot of rice and maybe 1/5 of normal size entree. Even for 5 years old it is not enough to get... full. Maybe I missing something I have ordered a gold rice? Also I ordered 2 entrees, and got just one. I called there and gotvery rude person on phone (Grace) who just hang up on me. The store doesn't have a manager. The food tastes terrible, especiallyovercooked rice. I don't recommend this place, they just steal your money. In any restaurant I could have good dish for sameamount of $$ and it could feed 2 people! Read more
Rude and terrible customers services. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I have been working in customer services for... over 30 years. This place is the worst place so far. The staffs ignored me and my spouse when we came in. No customer Inside thestore and 5 staffs just look at us then turned their head away. After 4 mins in the store and no one ask us any thing, then wedecided to go somewhere else. That is when 4 or 5 employees laughed behind our back at we begin to walked out the store andthey are all Mexicans . What kind of customer services is this??? What are they laughed at??? Read more
