Came in during peak lunch hour. Attempted to use self service kiosk, but had a Visa giftcard mishap. Cashier was very very... helpful and patient. Employee assigned to dining room clean up tried to help me at the kiosk; observed her helping multiplepatrons with clean up and chairs. Gentleman on prep duty was very quick to give me the desired soup, when it was my own fault Ididn?t catch my mistake that the broccoli cheddar soup was replaced with broccoli cheddar mac'n'cheese. Made a huge dufferenceto my day. It is very evident this team of people want to treat patrons nicely and deserve all the appreciation possible. Service was good; clean lobby; hot food. The bathrooms aren't the cleanest, though: floor was sticky and the lighting was dark.... Didn't feel like a fresh space. Would benefit from an upgrade. The cashier didn't remind one of the people in our party to grabher soufflé, not a big deal just a small detail. Read more
Wow I ordered curbside and had to wait fifteen minutes. Before I finally went and got the food myself it was sitting in the... rapid section and was cold. I ordered the Margherita pizza which one of my friends gave me a few slices of the other day and itwas amazing.
