The lady who took my order was extremely rude like she didn't want to b there. I did ask for her manager due she wasn't bein... nice or treat customers wit kindness as yo should. Her manager came out, I told em my situation & how I was bein treated for herrudeness I got a free meal. I still felt like she owed me an apology even tho manager did that. Visited this location on 10-16 for lunch and waited 37 minutes for the empty Iced Tea dispenser to be refilled. I had to ask 3... times. The third request elicited the response ?I?ll brew it now?. I understand staffing can be an issue but there were severalemployees behind the counter that seemed to need guidance. This location has good days, but it?s hit or miss. Food was okay, but overpriced. For two sandwiches and soup, the bill was over $30.00 The bread was okay. The bbq chicken... sandwich tasted good w tomato basil, but my husband's french onion soup had very little cheese on top. Read more
It?s a Panera, so the food is good, but I can?t recommend ordering take out from this store on a Friday afternoon. Multiple... occasions we?ve had messed up orders and delays. That?s, the food was delayed AND items were missing, multiple times. Staff hadbeen friendly and made it right, but we still avoid this store on Friday afternoons. Other days/times have been fine. I?ve never been to this Panera before but it was very quick to get my order! Looked it up on google maps, placed my order... online, and google had my payment info saved from the last time I ordered Panera so no need to pull out my credit card. I was on the first leg on a long road trip and decided to stop at this Panera location for a snack. I decided to get a few... bakery items but the variety of bakery items were sold. I purchased a few items from their limited quantity, it wasn?t veryfresh but was still flavorful. Overall, this was a good experience. Read more
Their soup is very yummy - squash soup is delicious. However their cost for sandwiches and prices in general are a little high.... My friend and I had a meal last week and it cost over $45. We could have eaten at a sit down restaurant for that price-experienced sticker shock. Read more
