Had issues the last 4 times I ordered from here. Won't do again. Papa John's quality as a whole has dropped but the bigger... problem is the service. Example - they literally gave my order to someone else, then got annoyed and gave me attitude becauseyes I still wanted my food that I paid for. Manager didn't care. Then as this seems to be repeat issues I let corporate know. The management even lies to corporate and says they call customers back when they don't. Read more
We placed an order online but apparently there was a glitch in the software bc we had a small pizza in our order which... apparently messed up their system. The manager was amazing and got our order done and handled the situation very professional. Iwish I remembered her name to give her props. Just know you went above and beyond on a busy Friday night for us. Thank you!!! Read more
My parents ordered pizza from here. Had their deliver time pushed back several times to the point it was pushed back over an... hour from the first one. Called to find out why it was taking so long. Asked to talk to the manager. The manager was EXTREMELYRUDE! My parents asked why it was taking so long she gave them lip and worse actually HUNG UP ON US! When pizza FINALLY got hereit was COLD! Ordered 3 pizzas for pickup. The Papa johns App notified me and said food was ready. so I drive over to the store Well turns... out one of the pizzas was still not ready and was just put in the oven and is still baking. 15 mind later they hand me all myfood. Kind of annoying. I use the apps so i dont have to wait around in lines and the technology failed on this one (or humanerror pushed the button in the store early). Either way it was a busy evening for my family (hence pizza night) and i spentextra time sitting in this store waiting for food you told me was "Ready". Read more
This place sucks!!!!! I ordered pizza to deliver to my hotel 1/2,mile away!!!!! Ordered at 8:57 pm told me 51 minutes Called 1... 1/2 hours later !!!! They could not even find it but they found my bank card and charged me 37 dollars!!!!!!! They said theywould re order and bring it !!!! Never showed and of course closed when I called back again!! Order pizza while in town for a sports event July 15, 2022. We got in late after a 9 hour driver and figured pizza was the best... option. Pizza came and was delivered in a timely manner. Problem being it wasn?t our order. I called to complain at 10:37PM andthey stated our order would be delivered in ?a half hour? our food arrived at 11:40PM Ice cold and the breadsticks and cinnamonpull apart were rock hard burnt! Called the next day and they stated a General Manager would call back the next day when he wasIn and I still have NO CALL BACK, NO REFUND! I also complained to corporate and have heard nothing back. The pizza is getting gross. It's soggy and the last three times I order the epic stuffed crust works pizza it was doughy.... Completely undercooked. Tonight the pizza crust was so thin and soggy, the toppings would all just come sliding off. Couldhardly eat it. The crust was crispy on tip but complete dough when you started eating it. The Canadian bacon tasted somewhatrotten. I'm disappointed cause this papa John's used to be one of the best, not its going down hill. Papa John's when did youstart thinning your crust down? You have the option for extra cheese when the pizza crust can't even hold the regular cheesewith toppings on? I don't know what Is going on but you need to fix it. This location has really gone downhill. Our last order (Friday Dec. 1st @ 7:05pm) was absolutely disgusting. The Garlic Parmesan... Breadsticks were burnt to a crisp, and there's no way they should have been boxed up. I ended up taking those back to bereplaced. Also, while i was waiting for the new Breadsticks, I noticed that not one employee was wearing gloves. Not even theone putting the green peppers in the boxes. That right there makes me not want to order from Papa John's again! The pizza andwings were not cooked all the way. The dough was doughy on the bottom, and the sauce didn't taste right. This is the worst orderwe have ever had from this location. I'm not sure what has happened at this location, but none of the employees seemed happyabout being there. Read more
