Keep a eye out on your tip amounts, I just had to call and see why my order went up $10 the day after I received it. Somehow the... tip got changed? so just a heads up to everyone. But side note the guy I talked to was very nice and refunded the whole orderamount back to my account. Read more

This location is absolutely NASTY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We asked for extra peppers and the worker brought out a prepackaged foil... that had two peppers already eaten with the stem trash left in the foil. We called in to tell them what happened and they toldus ?During shipping some peppers are cut?. As you can see in the pictures this isn?t a cut, this was clearly eaten. The otherpeppers were also very dry showing how dated these peppers were. They didn?t even say sorry or anything, just kept arguing withme. Total failure last night. Ordered a 6 topping pizza and wings. 45 min late (which is understandable for staffing issues), but... the pizza was missing 3 toppings, and light on the others, which were clumped in the center of the pizza. Horribleexperience. Previous experiences have been hit or miss. When we order wings, there's a 50% chance the dipping sauce is missing.Or the garlic sauce is missing. Or both. Read more
Ordered a pizza online, received confirmation /order number, waited 25 minutes, never got a Pizza Tracker text so I went into... the store. They were on the phones and didn't acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes. Then they told me they were having troublegetting online orders, please wait. I waited another 10 - 15 minutes while they continued to talk on the phone and they told methey can't make the order, even though I showed them what I purchased and that it was paid. At that point, they suggested Iorder again. I did not have time to wait another 20 minutes (45 minutes in) so I asked for something that shows the order wascancelled. They could not provide that either, so I left and contacted my credit card company to watch for the charges. Thestore and employees were covered in flour, they had their dirt-caked 55 gallon trash can touching the counter where they rollout the dough. After seeing the inside of the store, I was relieved that we weren't going to be eating pizza from there. It usedto be very well run with great service. I can excuse the technology issue but the lack of customer care was truly disappointing.It's sad to see that the store has gone so far downhill. Read more
