I ordered online to pick up after baseball practice. Something about the app messed up my order so when I showed up the store... showed I only ordered breadsticks. The manager listened and helped me! I did not get her name but she was fantastic. Made myorder herself to expedite it and gave me 20% off my order for the inconvenience. And I got to keep the first set of breadsticks! Read more
My husband and I have ordered from this store 4 times in the past couple months. The 1st time I ordered light sauce on my pizza,... I got regular sauce. The 2nd time I ordered the family pasta and only got 1 pan instead of 2. The 3rd time I had an order ofbreadsticks that they forgot, and the 4th time, tonight, I added a 2 liter Mt. Dew and they gave me Sierra Mist. The last 3times I called them and they delivered the rest of the orders, but the times they forgot the pasta and breadsticks I had to waitalmost an additional hour for those. The food quality is great, but the service is not. I've tried giving chances thinking theyare just overwhelmed, but that doesn't excuse 4 orders in a row in just a couple months time being messed up. I've worked in 5different food industry places, so I'm usually pretty understanding, but this is just ridiculous. I really like Pizza Hut pizza,but it's not worth all of this. Read more
Hair in my food. It was on the bottom of my pizza and subsequently ended up on my plate. Possibly, it got there from the pizza... box. It looked like a disgustingly long eyebrow, but curly. So, likely from someone's afro. Read more
Update: they are adding more icing on the Cinnabons and it really took them from ok to mmmmm good! Still enjoying the pizzas... from this location. Pizzas were perfect and ready on time. Only improvement I would suggest is a little bit more frosting onthe cinnabons. Super nice employee. Read more

Waited 40 minutes for my food (which isn't necessarily unreasonable, but on the long side for a small order on a Thursday... night), only to have them bring the wrong food. Food isn't good enough for me to wait another 40 minutes for them to, ya know,actually bring what I ordered, so I think I'll just be done with Pizza Hut. Read more
I'm just confused as to why on a busy night, one of the two major pizza places DOESN'T have pan pizzas? Do they not prepare for... the customer load? Was it because Papa John's was so busy they were taken by surprise by a sudden rush of orders? The food wasgood, just don't know why they ran out of pan pizzas. Read more
