Ordered 2 pizzas and neither had the correct toppings or extra cheese, and Both had burnt crust. When I brought it to the... cashiers attention she told me it?s what the order ticket said. I informed her that isn?t what I ordered and then she told methey were out of the ingredients I ordered. No offer to make me different pizzas and no apology at all. I informed her that Ijust wanted a refund and she indignantly called her manager and told her ?This guy want a refund ?. The manager walked upgrabbed the pizza and threw them in the trash in the same indignant fashion. Usually have a great experience at this shop whenordering for my family, and as a former owner of a restaurant, I understand the hardships with staffing, but this was beyond anyfashion of good customer service, or even respect that we should show to other human beings. Now that I have been on hold for 40 minutes for a wrong order for at least the 3rd time I'm pretty done with this location. They... never answer the phone and are rude. Our delivery driver was great but does not do any good for us or the drivers take moneywhen Noone will answer the phones to fix our 2 pizzas that are so far off.....from our 3 pizza order its not even funny. As Iwrite this my son who has Austim just wants his pizza to eat and my husband is driving up to the store after paying fordelivery. It has been over an hour and 20 minutes since we order. And I'm still on hold. This hands down is the worst way tohandle any food service period. Get it together. Also your hold music /talking about caring is a kick in the face when you won'tanswer the phone to fix anything......so yeah find new owners. Read more
Terrible experience today at this location. Online order said ready by 530pm with curbside pickup. Showed up at 535pm my order... on app said it was ready, so clicked here. No one came out. 5 minutes later I went inside and said pizza not ready, then theguys cooking dropped one of the pizzas. No rush to fix it or address it. 20 minutes later my other pizza and Cinnabon wheregetting cold and finally the other pizza was done. No offer to fix, no offer to compensate or anything, then was like we madethe one THEY DROPPED a large. Yeah, well that's cause someone else made it not the one who dropped it. They had no idea whatsize it was or anything. Take responsibility and when you make a mistake fixes are required nit just to ignore it. No ownershiptaken and it was more of well whatever attitude. Can't wait for the other pizza hut to open on 151st and blackbob because I willbe ordering from their moving forward. Read more
Ordered carryout. I arrived at the time it said my pizza would be ready, it wasn't. Waited 30 more minutes and finally fot it.... Usually they check it, bur got the wrong pizza and wings when I got home. Definitely not going back. Read more
I don?t know who would rate this place any lower than a 5 star. They are always fast, efficient, and friendly! I had an issue... with the app ordering today and the entire team including the manager worked together to get it resolved and everyone was sokind! Pizza is delicious and kids are happy. Win/win! Not the best Pizza Hut in town. No matter what pizza I order, it's always loaded with grease and the crust is soggy. This past... trip was less than average. Yes, the pizza was hot, but they could've kept it in the oven a little longer. I've called the mainnumber in the past, and they aren't the best at customer service. Their service and food quality used to much better in thepast. Unfortunately, it is the most convenient place for me to go. Read more
