I am done with the franchise in general after several attempts at deliveries from this location. The Supreme pizza stuffed crust... is supremely subpar with a combination of bland ingredients. Whoever the new guy is at the counter, is pretty horrible. Told me my order wasn?t in their system. Showed him the receipt and... order number. He still proceeded to tell me they didn?t have my order. Asked him to look in the oven and he did not. Told himI need another person to assist me. The 2nd employee found the order in 2 seconds and it was in the oven. I was so frustratedbecause he didn?t have any care in the world. Just another person that has to fill the position and he is making your businesslook bad. Needless to say, I will not even entertain this location with an order while this employee is still there. I ordered these like pizza-dilla type things for 6.99 each...one bacon ranch and the other meat lovers. They were SO salty and... way overcooked. The pasta sauce tasted like the gravy that goes on biscuits minus the sausage. The cheese bread sticks wereover done as well. It was like the only decent thing in the order was the cookie. The instructions on my delivery were pleasetext or call don't knock or ring bell That was not followed o work from home and that noise during my office hours is not good.I ask for call or text so my dog doesn't go crazy while I am talking with customers. That was not followed at all, plus it wascontactless delivery. I had someone negate all delivery instructions yesterday during this delivery. Like come on guys bad goodand bad service. Read more
Our pizza was given away to someone else and they told my friend picking it up that "they can't find our pizza so they have to... remake it" they made him wait 30 more minutes, no apologies no explanation. I called up to this location to get a betterunderstanding of what took so long, the employee KIMI laughed while saying " you're not going to get any food" and hung up onme. I called back just to get hung up on again by KIMI. I finally got ahold of the manager but he did little to resolve thesituation . I'll never order pizza from this location, they always mess up the order and this was the last time I'll give themmy money. I'm also filing a corporate complaint against KIMI , when THEY mess up and hang up on the customer, it's too much. Read more
Honestly though I don?t know why I keep going back probably because my mum likes their pizza????but honestly they?ve only gotten... my order right once and some days the cheese isn?t well melted????and all the time I get like bad customer services mostlyranging from cold to idc what you want???????? Even though the call center messed up big time . I was able to get my order and the awesome guy at the counter gave a discount... for the mess up. I felt grateful. And will go to them for all my pizza needs. Even without a discount. Read more
Best Pizza Hut EVER! Not just in town, literally everywhere. We get delivery every Friday to work for lunch, and it always shows... up on time and fresh and HOT! Before we picked this Pizza Hut I've never had the cheesy breadsticks have the cheese stretchbefore. They're so amazing! And our order is never wrong. Which is something that's hard to find these days. Especially whenyou're at work and it's busy so you don't have a long enough lunch to call and get the correct order delivered again. Extremely short staffed. Orders are taking twice as long, delivery is hit or miss if they have staff. The staff behind the... counter is keeping a smile on their face and doing the best that they can. Be kind when you visit the carryout counter, theyare truly trying. Read more
