I have been coming to this restaurant for many years with my family. The staff is always genuinely nice, accommodating, and calm... (even when they are busy). The fish is always cooked just right and of course, their biscuits are delicious. In addition to theaforementioned customer service, they went above and beyond to look for a ring I had lost. Took about 10 minutes to finally get someone to seat us. Once seated, everything was very good and service was great. The only... other issue after getting seated was the piece of cod from one of the fish and chips orders was not completely cooked. Read more

We went here for my birthday lunch yesterday. Altho there was a delay in seating us, we had the BEST server ever! He was... friendly, attentive, & fun. My food was excellent (coconut shrimp & baked potato. My hubbies meal was a little disappointing asthe shrimp, scallops were tiny & a tad over cooked as was the flounder. My elderly mom enjoyed her seafarers feast totally. Wetook home leftovers & he gave us extra biscuits. A surprise ice cream sundae with whipped cream & 3 spoons was a treat. Read more
We drive to this location simply for the service and fresh food! Never disappointed, plus the staff is super accommodating to... my family's table needs having a child In a wheelchair. Went there last Fri night for my birthday hoping to get a nice Lobster. Major disappointment. Three of four meals were less than... what we expected. The Lobster was the worst and appeared tough and over cooked. We have had better shrimp at Culver's. Thebiscuits and mashed potatoes were ok. Sadly we will cross this restaurant off our list of go to places. Read more
My wife and I went here yesterday with a grandson and it was absolutely great. Food was great, service was great. An all around... very good enjoyable experience. We met some individual who stated he was a director or something for all the stores in the 2state area KS/MO, been with Red Lobster 14 yrs I think. You could tell he loved his job, he talked about some of the changes tothe menu and food which we tried and it was awesome. You could tell he really cared about his job, Red Lobster and thecustomers. He is making a difference. We loved his attitude and enthusiasm. We will be back for sure! Read more
