I talked my husband into ordering from Sarpinos tonight as I can?t stand Pizza Hut. Worst mistake ever. My Pesto gourmet pizza... was horrible. Tasteless, greasy, overcooked. I made myself eat two pieces, hoping the second would taste better than the first.I guess the pandemic wreaked havoc on your product as well. I?m not sure where I?ll order my next pizza, but it won?t be fromyou. I usually don?t write reviews, but I couldn?t let this one stand. Things are really expensive, and I just wasted my money. The amount of grease in this pasta is unforgivable. Leaking out of the container all over the box. I couldn?t even eat this... lasagna (that I scooped out and put into a different bowl in hopes of salvaging it) because one look at this, I knew it wouldmake me sick. 02/28/22 first time trying this one. Had sarpinos before, food was good but they had to come back cause they only loaded half my... order ???? 06/02/22 Like.. 3rd or 4th time ordering from this one. Food: 3-3.5 stars. 2 if you get pasta with the meat sauce,it has a taste but not good or bad. Service: 2.9-3.1 stars. Slow delivery most of the time. 2nd time they messed up my order.This time I paid extra for cheese bread. No cheese. Big sad. I've eaten at other sarpinos and had no problems. I'm not sure ifthis one just doesn't pay the people enough or what but don't expect above and beyond. Will probably eat again just for Alfredothough. Read more
Tried to love them, because they're literally right up the block and they deliver. No can do. They're very pricey, which would... be fine if there were any consistency to how they prepare food. More often than not, items you add as 'extra' are forgotten andleft off. Or, there was so little to begin with, you don't notice there's 'extra'. (Your wallet notices tho). Example:Ordered the 8" dessert sticks, with icing, strawberry and chocolate. The first time, they were perfect. Warm, soft, puffydough, equal amounts of toppings. The second time, ordered it exactly the same way. There was no chocolate to speak of, thestrawberry was minimal, as was the icing. The sticks themselves were doughy and gummy. Have given them enough chances thatwe've earned a $10 reward, which we sadly won't use. It's $45-$50 each time, and something is always lacking. The delivery guysare always on point, tho. Read more
1st time ever having Sarpino's. Very easy to order online & very quick turn around time, especially for a Friday night. Super,... super friendly staff!! Now about the pizza...love the regular crust!! Ordered an 8" BBQ Chicken Bonanza, an 8" BaconCheeseburger, & an 8" Cheesy Breadsticks. Lots of fresh toppings to choose from if you create your own. They also havecalzones, salad, & some desserts too. Can't wait to try something different next time!! Read more
I thought I would try Sarpino's for the first time. I went to the store and ordered my food. Sat and waited for 20 minutes to... receive a messed up order. The pizza did look good if the ingredients would've been correct. Apparently it's easier if you orderahead of time for pick up, I did not have time to wait another 20 minutes for my correct order so I asked for my money back. Thecashier did give me my money back but was not at all polite and didn't offer me anything for wasting my time. I will not beback. Read more
