More than once we have been outraged by this sonic. To put the cherry on top when we placed our order everything was right on... the screen but when they brought it out to us it was wrong. When we brought this to their attention they asked if they should goback and fix it.. This should have been a very logical response and should have been automatic but by the time we tried torespond they walked away. Not only that we tried ordering something as simple as onion rings. When the person over the micstated they were out without hesitation the other person could be heard on the mic acting surprised that they were out andbasically argued that they werent out that they were just too lazy to make them. do not come to this location. It will take around 15-20 minutes just to PLACE a order, and they weren?t even busy when we went.... Terribly slow service, and easily one of the worst Sonic locations in Olathe. Read more
Overall I like the food. The breakfast burritos are really filling and spicy (if you like jalapeños. If not, we can't be... friends). I have found that the Sour Patch Kid slush float is so weird that it's good. The slush part itself is sour with littlebits of squishy candies, then the sweet ice cream...I really didn't think it would be good, but damn does it work. Read more
Just got home from this place about 10 min ago. Service was terrible. Pressed the button and waited 15-20 min for someone to... take my order. Place wasn?t even busy (6 other cars) and cars were coming in after I had got there and getting service beforeme. My tots were just thrown in the bag and all my drinks are watered down with little to no flavor. Will not be coming back tothis location again. Read more
Never going back! The first time I went it took over 10min before anyone took my order. I figured it was because they were... really busy that day. Today there were only a handful of cars, and still no response 10min after pressing the button I pressedit again and then left after 5min of no response. Went down the street to the one on 151st and Black Bob and got much betterservice. Read more
Google says as of 4 days ago that this location is open till 11pm. We came out at 10:05 to get a late night snack. The parking... lot was packed with teenagers all sitting around the tables. When we pushed the red button we could not get anyone to answer. Wealso tried to call the store. Again no answer. We?re they closed? Don?t know. It would be nice if the store hours were verifiedor a little customer service letting us know the had closed early. But then Again this new age of customer service is far fromin between. Read more
The food is usually good at this location. The service is always so slow even when they aren?t busy. Most of the items here are... very good. My favorites are the chili cheese dog, cheese sticks, cherry limeade, chicken and the cheeseburger just to name afew. Read more
So my husband and I both ordered double bacon cheese burgers but they only had half a slice of bacon on both of them on top of... that the food was so bad that I got sick afterwards. The girl that brought us the food kept giving us dirty looks and actinglike we were stupid. I would not recommend this sonic to anybody... not even someone I hate Read more
