Ridiculous. Shut it down. I have been here multiple times when the line is so long and moving so slow that it is creating a... whole issue in the parking lot and the street next to. Today I ordered a drink on the app to show up and see the craziest line.After sitting there for 15 minutes and not moving I left without my $6 drink. Called the store to see if maybe they could put arefund through for my order and no answer. If this store can?t move customers through properly then they shouldn?t be placed ina parking lot to create flow issues. These 5 star reviews have to be written by bots because it has only ever been a disastertrying to get coffee from here and unfortunately I live right down the street. Everyone should just go across the street toScooters where they consistently taste good and can get your order out to you in a decent amount of time. Read more

I really enjoy how friendly the staff is at this particular Starbucks. I've never had an interaction that didn't leave me... feeling better than when I got there. It's nice to feel like the staff is treated well and that shows in the quality of theirwork. I know it's their job, but I really appreciate it. Read more
Went through the drive-thru today. My wife went inside to buy some whole bean coffee and get it ground for a French press. Only... two cars in the drive thru... the car ahead of me, and me. I had dropped my wife at the front door so she could go in and getthe coffee ground instead of us taking time in the drive thru waiting for coffee to be ground and hold the whole line of peoplebehind us up. The one car in front of me had 3 people in it. Whatever they ordered, it was several complex fru-fru drinks. Icould hear the barista at the window going back and forth with the driver over each goofy drink... Double pump this, extra that,blah blah blah. Of course they were not just buying coffee... They were buying complex sugar bombs that might have a littlecoffee in it. Their drinks took so long to get that my wife eventually came walking around the corner and into the drive-thruline to get in the car, while I was still waiting for the air-heads in front of me to get their sugar loaded junk coffee! Mywife got in and said, "What is taking so long?" (Wife used to be a Starbucks barista years ago). I looked and grinned at her andshe knew... Kids ordering anything but actual coffee! Previous: Went inside and it was practically empty of customers(good!) Very friendly service and fairly quick today. We bought three bags of various coffee beans to be ground for a FrenchPress. Took a little while to get ground, but not an unreasonable amount of time like the last time I came here. They got to itrather than dilly dallying around like the previous visit. Read more
Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks near my work and one of the worst. The taste for my drink is always not as good as... other locations. Not unusual to wait 20+ minutes after mobile order to get full order. I regularly get a food item and a drink.One item will appear and the other item ??? You try to ask someone about the missing item and they don't make eye contact, sonot helpful at all. And when you do, they have to still make the item as it has disappeared from their work q?? And it willtaste extra bad because they made it in a hurry. They need someone from 119th St location to come over & do some basic training! It's worth the drive over there to avoid this place. If you're ever in the area, please go to this Starbucks location! Hopefully you will get to meet Charlie. He is the most... genuine, cheerful, uplifting person. Just a couple of moments in the drive thru and he makes my entire day (and my order isnever wrong). This is my new pre-work stop. Read more
Been to this location once and won't be back. I tried to call but couldn't get through. The lady at the drive thru window when... we first pulled up said "this machine is being retarded so we have to wait a minute." Her choice of words were not appropriateto be spoken to a customer. Also, we ordered a grande salted caramel frappacinno and a grande java chip frappacinno. As shehanded them to us that is what she said. One looked extremely melted but we just assumed it's cause they made it a little tooearly. We got home and it's the totally wrong drink from a different order placed at 12:23pm while our order was placed at12:46pm. We were handed a gr mocha frapp instead of the salted caramel frapp. And this drink had absolutely no flavor and wasnot what we ordered. Complete waste of money and time. Long story short, the drive thru lady needs customer service trainingand they need to double check what order they are handing out. Read more
Lukewarm coffee. They only have Pike Place ready, on Blonde and Dark Roast you have to wait for several minutes.
