I eat here often. The food is generally above par to great and the service hovers around par or slightly above. My biggest... complaint is the servers don't know what beer they have on tap and expect me to look it up using a qr code. I know I'm oldfashioned, but I also know I'm not the only one. We went in here this past Sunday we had a table of 7 and our waitress was probably in her younger 20s with dark brown hair. The... restaurant was about half full when we were in there. We waited 45 minutes on our food to be brought out while multiple othertables that came after us had got their food. When we finally said something to our waitress she got very mad and was completelyrude. She came back about 5 minutes later with our food that was somewhat warm and got mad again when we asked for refills sincewe had been there almost an hour. She never came back once to our table and we had to ask other people for things we needed. Shethen returned awhile after to put our check on the table and gave us dirty looks the entire time. I am a waitress and I wouldnever treat my customers this way especially when your pay is based off how you treat your customers. We will not be comingback. Read more

We eat there twice a month or so. We were there yesterday and my wife ordered the special, Philly cheese sandwich and fries. Her... food was cold when served to her. I told the waitress the food was cold. She looked at me and said sorry and walked away. Didn?toffer to reheat it, replace it or remove from our bill. Not one bite of the food was eaten. Didn?t see our server again untilshe brought my check. I understand it?s had to get good help but seriously that was ridiculous. We will never patronize thebusiness again. Had a great Smoked Bacon Cheeseburger with fries. The burger was a juicy medium, great flavor. Fries are cut and cooked fresh,... what a great treat! Another poor experience tonight. I really should go elsewhere but the food is good and this establishment is close to where I... live. I tried calling in an order to go and was put on hold for 8+ minutes. I decided to just drive up to The Bar and order inperson. I told this all to the bartender and she apologized to me and told me she forgot I was on hold. I place an order for asalad with shredded cheese on it and a buffalo wrap. After a 30 minute wait, the food comes out, which is ridiculous to waitthat long. Then I get home and the salad had a empty cup in the to go box and no cheese was with the salad (see pic).
