I can?t say enough positive remarks about this location on Parker in Olathe. The service and quality are always exceptional.... The staff is friendly and fast and the location is always clean. I believe the manager we see all the time is so friendly and heremembers our order and always makes nice conversation. He seems to truly value his customers and runs a very organized andefficient location. I also use the app a lot and it always works well and really helps expedite my order. Let?s start off with a personal and sincere appreciation I am welcomed with by everyone working there. The service has always... has my order ready and I can get right in and right out. Not only do they mix it up and then they somehow always have there nomatter when. I order. I also had noticed that the recipe was a lil to much ginger for me. They must see my.name, because there?snot a spot on the check out for this option. When I?m. Forced to use one of the others in town it?s never been done as well theone at Olathe on Parker st!!!! I want to like Tropical cafe more than I do. My big problem is the lack of healthy options. On the surface, it would appear that... this is a healthy sandwich type shop. However it is nearly impossible to find any smoothie with a reasonable amount of sugar.The maximum amount of sugar an adult female should have is 25 g. The vast majority of smoothies that they carry are between 75and 100 g of sugar. It's just way too much. I would much rather have a less sweet option. In addition, if you are vegetarian orvegan you're going to have a hard time finding a wrap or sandwich option here. Almost all of their items have meat in them.There are one, maybe two options that are vegetarian. They have white bread no wheat options. I have white rice, no brown riceoptions. There's also a real lack of vegetables in any of their offerings. So while this is a very tasty menu, those who aretrying to be healthy and should look elsewhere. Until they add some more options to their menu, this is never going to be my topchoice for lunch. Fortunately, Chipotle next door does have all of these bases covered. They have more of a focus on quality,their meat is humanely raised, and most of their food has healthy options. Read more
I went here this morning 7/1/22 to get a smoothie at 7am, when it says they open, unfortunately they never opened and I waited... until 7:20 am before leaving! It is extremely unprofessional as a business to have a open time at 7:00 a.m. and the store notopen up on time or even post an explanation of why they're not open on their door so that customers will know. As a business,this is not how a business should function or run! As a customer I was very unsatisfied with how my experience at this locationwent and I would not recommend this location to anyone. This is not how a company, especially one as popular as tropicalsmoothie are should be running their business! If you are looking for one that opens on time, do not go to this one!!! Read more

I have been ordering from this location for the last 4 months and I have to say the food has been great, the smoothies are... delicious and the service has been outstanding. The staff are always so friendly and my order is always ready by the time Iarrive to pick up. I had an issue with the app one time, not their fault at all, but Nilesh was so nice and helped me out -quick, fast and easy. Again, good food and great service! Read more
