Our first time eating at a Zaxby?s. The register employee was very friendly, patient and helpful. The food came out quickly... and was hot and delicious! This is the best chicken joint hands down! The toast is buttered golden yellow and the fries are seasoned, and the chicken is... the best part cooked perfect with recognizable spices and breading, and they already trimmed off all the stuff you don't want toeat!!Thank you Zaxbys Read more

Food was ok. I've been a Zaxby's fan for years since I lived in Georgia. I have eaten at many different ones. This one seems to... be hit or miss on quality and service. I consistently do not get the extra sauces I pay for. It happens every single time. Ifyou don't double check, you will not get them. I ordered chicken fingers and two of them were about half size. I have stoppedgoing to this location as frequently due to this. It is not a new issue either, it has been this way for years. Well beforecovid or any labor/supply chain issues. I tried it again today after several months and once again I was disappointed. Might beseveral more months before I try again. My parents have had similar experiences here. Read more

Dry chicken, empty dining room at 11:30 on a Saturday. Good cole slaw warranting a bonus star. Fries are pedestrian. The best... part is that they treat all of the orders as if they were takeout. They hope that you drive off without napkins because theywere out of napkins, including for dining room guests, who were made to wait TWO STINKING MINUTES at the counter to find thatout, while employees walk in and out the door shuttling takeout orders. Chicken was perfect, bread was great but the fries were not very fresh at all.

I ordered with the app, and my food was ready pretty quickly when I arrived. The fry box wasn?t full and they were a bit soggy,... but the flavor was good. This place is legit. Staff is always nice, the food is delicious, and they have always gotten my order right! Which is a rarity... at most chicken joints. PRO TIP: Get the app!! I've had a couple occasions now where they throw a free full combo plate in theRewards tab. I'm kind of mad I've passed this place so many times... I didn't know. But now I do, and so do you!
