To the short bald headed man that "served" us. I don't know if you were the owner or only staff but you are defiantly not doing... the restaurant any favors with your attitude. Sat us down, waited 15 minutes, took our order, didn't come to us to ask if wewanted more drinks or ask how everything was. Waited another fifteen minutes after eating. Another nice employee came over toask us how things were and clear our table. Short bald man came back after that was done to give us the bill. Then stood therethe WHOLE time until I wrote a tip. I wasn't going to write one on the slip and just give it to the kind employee. But feltpressured by short bald man. Food was trash for the price. Avoid at all costs. Go to the awesome Café right when you turn ontothe main drag. Gave 2 stars for kind server. Read more

The whistle pigs were delicious! It?s nice to see a restaurant in a small town use fresh ingredients. The jalapeños were flavor... packed and not too hot. The perfect topping for a bacon wrapped hotdog. Service was friendly and performed well under pressure(came in with a rowdy group of 12). Will definitely come back! Read more
Busy Sunday lunch. Drinks, food and service were good. We went for the bloody Mary's, they were out of the loaded ones by the... time we made it there, so probably go earlier in the afternoon if that is what you are after. Update 6/11/2022 - after a badexperience down at Captains Galley, we came down here and even though it sounded like they were getting ready to close down thekitchen they still happily served us dinner. 5 out 5. This is the perfect little bar to stop at if you want a good lunch or even a good dinner. The drink selections are amazing as... well, there are so many great ones to choose from. Also the Owner and bartender were very friendly and helpful. My wife and Itravel for work so the owner allowed us to see their room that they Air BnB and it was a great room for an incredible priceespecially with it being so close to the lake in a popular location. I highly recommend stopping here if you have time tounwind and relax. ???? Read more
