One of the best Burger Kings I've been to! Employees were super nice and served us good quality food.
Most pathetic service, for some unknown reason they were not taking the credit cards over the counter, credit card were accepted... only on the drive through window. Only cash at the counter. They made me go to the ATM machine for the cash, i was with my kidsotherwise I would have not spent a single penny in there. The staff was very courteous, I did go pretty harsh on them but theykept their cool and handled me very professionally. Two thumbs up for them. Read more
Always a long wait here they pretty much and honestly bk is no longer affordable . Yes it's not this places fault. But every... time we go here on drive through always a wait and we always have to check to make sure we get everything. Read more
Absolutely AWFUL... Customer service AWFUL.... if I wanted to be spoken to like I was in the Hood I would have gone to Newark!!!... I've cream machine broken. This place has consistently been reducing in quality of their product. They serve hash browns that are half fried, cold and soft... on the inside, burgers. Everything on your burger is sliding out more often than not. One small slice of tomato on your bun andtwo strands of onions at times. Even the ice mocha coffee varies in taste and texture every other time. Read more
Terrible. The blame is mostly on the management. The amount of times i?ve seen one poor minimum wage workers having to run the... whole restaurant by themselves during a night time rush is astounding. Either they?re extremely understaffed, or the managementjust doesn?t care about their employees. Granted, these experiences were months ago, but the fact that it ever happened isterrible. Another bad experience: One time i ordered a meal that comes with a coke, they said ok and i pulled up to the window,it wasn?t until after i paid that i was told they didn?t have drinks right now. Not just coke, but drinks in general. How do youlet that happen? They refused to give me a refund on the drink that i paid for, and instead told me to ask for a certain personnext time i came and i would get a drink for free. Absolutely embarrassing. Read more
