Haven?t been to Five Guys in a minute, and if you haven?t gone in a while you should! Those burgers hit the spot!!
So happy to see Five guys back open, love the new renovations and I must say this is probably one of the best five guys I've... ever been in. The staff here is awesome all the way up to the manager who is super friendly and would kindly give me updates onthe stores opening status (sorry for bugging you). The burger was made just the way I wanted it and tasted delicious and thosefries are to dry for not to mention the shakes will definitely be getting food from there again. Well done!!! Read more
The food was good and the staff was friendly! The prices are higher than I thought...I understand that in these times but I... won't probably return! 33.00 is alot for an adult and child for burgers! Read more
This particular location gives the best customer service I have experienced in any five guys. They are so communicative and let... you know the status of your order each minute. Everyone is eager to help when they see you standing at the counter. Thefreshness of their French fries is like no other. Hygiene is great. Definitely coming again. Read more
Burgers and fries cooked fresh but the place was very dirty. Floor was sticky and food pieces all over the kitchen. It was a... pretty slow Sunday so surprised to see staff contributing to the mess. A little gross. Read more
This was my first time trying out five guys and I must say, they did a pretty good job. It was a takeout order placed online a... couple of months ago. The place was big and surprisingly, open to dine in at that time. My order was prepared well ahead of timesince I was the only customer there and probably the first one lol. I had a couple of cheeseburgers and some fries. The burgerpatty tasted good and the bun was soft. The fries also were decent. The prices seemed a little high for a burger/ sandwichjoint. They had restrooms open and the staff was following all the Covid precautions. I had a pleasant experience. Read more
Terrible experience today. Ordered a hamburger with grilled onions and ketchup. Saw them make it with mushrooms. Told kid... who handed it to me that it looked like it had mushrooms on it. He assured me it didn't. Went to car opened it and sure enoughit had mushrooms. I'm allergic to them which I told the kid and he still handed it to me. Also ordered large fry waaaaayskimpy on them. I told that to the guy who remade my burger and he basically ignored me. Pictures attached of burger and fries. No fries we eaten before picture was taken.. bad form five guys! Read more
