Walked in and walked out. Very dreary and depressing environment. Doesn't look like anyone comes there (at least at that time of... day I went). The table we ended up sitting at was somewhat crooked and it didn't look to clean. This specific Friendly's is in adecent location, I feel like if this franchise just performed some updates to their infrastructure, it could receive moretraffic. Just wanted ice cream for the kids (3) and myself. Waited 25 minutes. Server no near to be found. Then when she finally shows... up. She runs and makes the ice cream. Drop them off one by one and finish by saying ?can I get you something else??. I said,yes, I would like to speak to the manager. Her response was ?I am the manager?. Okay. I said we waited 25 minutes you don?t evenapologize for the wait and asked me if I need something else?. ? Then she says ? I?m sorry, we are short staffed. I understand,but it doesn?t mean you can give bad customer service. The first thing you should have done was to stop at the table, apologizefor the wait, then make the ice cream. Most depressing and uncomfortable dining situation I had. The inside smelled like old grease and decaying carcus. Only ended up... eating ice cream (and regret that as well) after realizing how dirty this location was. They are in dire need of a visit fromthe health department. Read more
