When the staff asked me how my dinner was my initial response was simply "Holy Sh*t"...he informed me he would share my review... with the Chef : ) I was left speechless by the exceptional service and meal prepared for Cheryll and I while celebrating herbirthday at this desired spot she's read about for some time. From the greeting to being sat in the very cozy and welcomingdining room that overlooks the open kitchen you're cared for by the attentive staff who check on you often and insure that youare enjoying the variety of dishes produced by the expert staff in the kitchen. Each dish was well plated and simply lookedenticing which did not fail to impress once enjoyed by the first to last bite. Cheryll started with Cantaloupe Gazpacho whichwas the best either of us has enjoyed. I started with Steak Frites Tartare, deviled egg purée and jalapeno ketchup whichshowed you quality beats quantity every time. A few thick fries in the most delicious toppings to start the journey into theirprixe fixe meal. Second course included Creole Cannelloni with crab bechamel, stracciatella and corn relish that I have nevertried but will add to my goto list after this experience. It was the most flavor intensive treat. Just try it, no need forfurther explanation. Our mains were Cheryll enjoying her goto Scallops and me diving into the duck. Both dishes werebeautifully plated and prepared to perfection. The signature Duck breast is consistently on their menu for a reason. It wasthe best I have every enjoyed and I have tried a variety of duck dishes at some wonderful spots. We will certainly return forthis made such an amazing first impression from the staff on the floor and in the kitchen to the consistently delicious andimpressive dishes that were placed in front of us to enjoy throughout the night. Overall Fantastic food & drinks. Impeccable service. Quaint yet comfortable atmosphere. A perfect meal out for a special... occasion. Since it is prix fixe my wife and I intentionally ordered opposites for each course so we could share but we did feelthere were obvious standouts between our chosen options for each course. The food and staff here is incredible. We dined here for the first time last week and sat at the chefs counter which. Watching... them cook and prepare the food was very cool! We chose to dit at the chefs table but we didn’t realize how much there would begoing on there. We were seated closest to where they plate the food and it was very hectic since they are constantly yelling forthe servers after the food is plated and then the servers walk right by to grab the plates. So maybe just don’t choose thatspot if you’re looking for something a little more private or romantic. However, our waiter was fantastic and watching themcook and prepare the food was very cool. And the food was delicious! The cavatelli & halibut was amazing. We will definitely becoming back to try their new Thursday night specials! Read more
The dining experience at Heirloom Kitchen was so warm and welcoming. The open kitchen makes for a culinary experience that is... very sensory driven, which I really enjoyed. And to top it off the staff was very nice and very attentive. The category NewAmerican Restaurant is perfect for them because the food that was served was innovative, beautifully plated & delicious. Thisplace would be great for private events or a romantic dinner for 2! Will definitely be going back! Read more
One of my favorite restaurants ever. Always a high quality experience from service to the silverware. So much thought goes into... every aspect and the servers really set the bar high to create an unforgettable experience. We’ve been fortunate enough tohave Mike serve us regularly and I can’t wait to dine here with all my friends and family. Every menu item is exceptional -both in presentation and taste. Wonderful, wonderful dinner! Do not be put off by the strip mall location. Space is lovely and enjoyed the open kitchen. Our... meal was delicious. Each dish was perfection. Luckily there were 3 of us so we were able to try almost every dish on the 4course prix fixe. Service was excellent. Can't wait to visit again. Read more
It’s not enough to say that this the two times I’ve visited this restaurant that I had dinners so good I could cry. There... are very few words available to describe the immaculate presentation, attention and friendliness of the staff, abundance offlavors, and high quality food you can order at Heirloom Kitchen. I’ve had two very different combinations of their menu andwas impeccably satisfied. Ignore the price on the menu. This place does some of the best meals in the state as far as I’mconcerned.
