Tried the sausage egg & cheese for the first time. Long wait for disappointment.
I would not recommend this location. They have no idea what they are doing. We ordered a steak sandwich and one side of it had... zero meat, the other half didn?t have much. When I took it to the front counter he told me to take it from the other side andput it in the half that was missing the meat. Why would I pay $13 for a sandwich that isn?t prepared correctly? Then I spokewith the manager and his demeanor wasn?t friendly or understanding. I understand that people make mistakes and things are goingto happen that isn?t the issue, the issue is that thing Panera doesn?t care about quality or costumer service and that clearlystarts with the management and trickles down. Store was well maintained and The Manager took our order, Sge was friendly and nice with a great smile. We got our order quickly... and came out. They have seating outside as well. Plenty of seating inside as well. Read more
I just cannot believe how unprofessional this place is. Horrible. There was a group of college girls doing work on their... computer. The manager (I don?t know the name) but tall white MAN wearing a beige button up should get in A LOT of trouble forwhat I observed today. Shame on you. One of the girls LAUGHED and I was sitting right next to them remind you. One of themlaughed NOT EVEN LOUD and the manager came over to their table and had the NERVE to tell them to ?lower their voices otherpeople are in the dining room?. In a extremely demanding nasty tone. First of all those girls weren?t even laughing remotelyLOUD AT ALL and the only other person in the dining room was me. I feel bad for the people who work for this man because has abad attitude problem and is going through a POWER TRIP. ?MANAGER? whoever you are- how DARE YOU say that to those GIRLS. THEYWERE NOT EVEN BEING REMOTELY LOUD. Not only that but he PROFILED THESE GIRLS thinking that they would just say OK which they did?because they are young.? If those girls were a family or an older woman or a MAN LIKE HIMSELF he would never have the nerve togo up to them and say something like that. POWER TRIP. GET A LIFE!! Shame on you shame on you. ugh!!! the bread bowl sucked!! also..: they didn?t have all the slay bagels. ALSO they charged me for honey walnuts cream cheese... and they didn?t even give it to me. they gave me plain cream cheese?i hate plain cream cheese. their seedling bagel waspathetic. but the frozen strawberry lemonade was BUSSIN. I order a Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken , that Supuse to come with corn tortilla strips not with fritos, it... destroys the quality of the salad . If you are running out of something explain the customer or make the change in the menuthat it comes with Fritos . I love Panera , but this time it was not a good experience . Read more
We use rapid orders almost all the time. Every now and then we got our orders missing chicken (see attached pic). Sometimes the... portion is only half of what we usually got. Food and the service are good but the inconsistency hurts the experience. Read more
Panera used to be a solid lunch spot but the quality of the food is very poor for how much you pay. Ordered a buffalo chicken... sandwich with pickle chips and the sandwich had maybe a teaspoon of buffalo sauce with essentially no pickle chips. It was notappetizing at all. Read more
