Spent $60 on an outgoing meal wanted to charge me for extra sauce have never been back since
Been here a few times to pick up a slice or two and some hot sandwiches. Haven't ordered an entire pie yet. It's been hit or... miss each time. Twice going there, what seemed to be the owner, was there helping behind the counter and he was extremely bossyto his workers. I actually felt bad for the cook and the young cashier. Everyone was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean. unfortunately it seemed like they were very short staffed. It... took quite some time for our server to come to our table and I think he was the only server. One couple left after waiting awhile and nobody went to them. Our food was good, but their other location in Englishtown seems to be better staffed. Read more
Good Italian food in a nice, clean location. BYO. Service was fast and friendly! Our service Connor was wonderful.
I used to think of this place as my "Go to" place. I would have celebratory dinners with family; pre-race day pasta dinners; and... when we just felt like Italian food...period. In May, I spoke with the owner about having a dinner party of 20 on a Saturdaynight in June. He turned me away, telling me that was his busy time and he couldn't afford to give me that time. I had to gosomewhere else. A few weeks later, we went for dinner at around 6:30 on a Saturday night and found a party of 18 in the middleof the room...the rest of the place was empty. Tonight I went to get some pasta. Party of ONE. Server went back andforth...serving tables, taking orders, from three tables. Never sat me. I stood waiting for a table for 10 minutes. Stopped here really late (they were closing soon) but they managed to make the food we wanted in no time. Waitress was so nice,... the pastas were great, the sauce was delicious, great food overall. But the quantity for each dishes seemed less for the pricethey are charging (compared to any other restaurant). But hey, little less calories means little less work out. Cant complain asthe food was so delicious. Will deff go back to try more dishes. Read more
First time ordering from here. Keep this short and sweet . We got the traditional pie with ricotta and sausage . Crust was thin... and crispy. Pizza was very good. Nice blend of cheese and sauce. Pizza had great flavor . We will most likely be ordering fromthem again in the near future. Read more
