Tropical Hut Catering Filipino food and groceries ???? 3366 US Hwy 9, Old Bridge NJ 08857???? ???? 2022 Dec.08 - Nice and... pleasant ???????????????? ???? 2022 Nov. 26 - Nice and pleasant today ????????. Scored some great tasty food for takeout -Filipino glazed ham - special Christmas????ham, and their Pancit Palabok. As well as 4 tubs of our favorite Magnolia ice cream????- Ube & Queso. ???????? ???? 2022 Nov. 12 - ???????? Nice quick stop today. It was great to get Lumpiang Sariwa. I wish itwas available every week. Also nice to get 2 tubs of Magnolia ice cream - Avocado ???? and Mango ???? ? ? ? ? ? ???? 2022 Nov.05 - To the owner and staff, I NEVER put anything in a shopping bag ????? unless it's already paid for. I use the basketprovided by the store for groceries when I shop in your store ????. An employee was asking if I had placed any unpaid groceryitems in my shopping ????? bags. I asked her if she wanted to check my shopping ????? bags. She declined. Okay noproblem. ???? 2022 Oct. 27 - Nice and pleasant ????????. Love the Magnolia ice cream. ???????? ???? 2022 Oct. 14 - Nice andpleasant. Good tasty food, nice people. Scored some nice dessert trays. ???????? ???? 2022 Oct. 07 - Nice and decent. Scoredsome nice grocery items although I feel obliged to mention that certain items like a tub of ice cream ( imported from thePhilippines )???????? are noticeably pricey. I bought several since I was really craving Filipino-made ice cream ???? because Iconsider Asian-made ice cream ???? superior to American-made ice cream ????????. Also certain prepared foods like the beefempanada cost a little more. If you feel the foods you love are worth the extra expense, then pricey grocery items should NOT bean issue. ???? 2022 Sept. 30 - 5 star rating ?????. Nice and pleasant today. Good tasty food. Nice reliable store forprepared Filipino food and groceries. ???????? Read more

A hidden gem of the Philippines. They have a wide selection of Filipino candies, drinks, snacks and ingredients. They also have... hot food in the back with a range of dishes including red meat, poultry, and fish with rice. The have a variety of Filipinoflavored ice creams like boba and ube. Their home made desserts are also delicious. Can't forget their wall of pandesal. The hotfood is very affordable and the people are always nice. Reminds me of my Lola's house Read more

One of our favorite stops when we're passing by in Rt. 9. They have a good selection of Filipino food, both canned and fresh... cooked and ready to eat. Prices are pretty good. You won't find a better selection with decent prices without driving quite adistance to a large Asian market so this is a much better deal if you're local. The line to order fresh-cooked food starts tothe right of the store. You can browse the market part of the store before ordering food and checkout with all items at the sametime. #Filipino #Asianmarket Read more

Ordered LUMPIA vegetable (deep fried) last Saturday July 24, 2021. Was so excited to get a first bite, guess what I was really... disappointed on how much veggies they put inside and you can eat mostly lumpia wrappers. Never again on lumpia and or I guessanything you cannot see what?s inside. Their pansit luglog is very salty. Will never buy that again.. Read more

If you live in this local area and love Filipino food, this restaurant/food market/caterer is fantastic. It's a whole in a wall... but serves hot Filipino food like a bodega in NYC. To provide you some history, this whole in a wall has now become a smallfranchise for foodies who enjoy Filipino food and has locations throughout NJ. Read more

Have to update my review. I had the wrong location. This here is a Filipino restaurant. Some of the foods will remind you of... Puerto Rican fair. The food here is great. A hidden gem. The barbecue is excellent. They Filipino specialties, fried andgrilled fish, pork, chicken, beef and vegetable dishes. What ever soup they that available when you visit is a must try. Thefood is pre-made and ready to eat. It makes for a quick visit. Read more
