Shout out to manager and front cashier this morning. I made a mistake but they still honored my lapse in reading fine print. ... Not too many stores now do that but as a small business owner, I appreciate good customer service and today both employeesdemonstrated wonderful customer service. I asked for a strawberry cheesecake and got a normal cheesecake smoothie I asked multiple times if that was right or to fix it... and the guy nodded his head and rolled his eyes. Then after asking if he was gonna make a new one he went to pour the strawberryliquid on top instead of making the strawberry cheesecake smoothie like I asked. I had proof that I ordered the right thing thisis truly unbelievable. Gas attendant was hanging out inside ( place was not busy). Had to go in and get him. Seemed slightly annoyed I was... interrupting his conversation. Returned to my car to find another car who got tired of waiting ( attendant was inside again),and just filled it up themselves. With having to pay 15 an hour you'd think WAWA would be on top of worker productivity. Guessnot. Read more

Yet another lazy overnight staff just trying to hang out and collect an easy paycheck instead of actually doing their job. Menu... items that are supposed to be available are unavailable. The overall cleanliness leaves a bit to be desired, as well as thedemeanor of the staff. I urge customers to buy nothing if they are missing even one thing that they should have and you arelooking for. Do not reward the stores with a purchase if they are unable to meet your needs completely. They are there for yourconvenience not theirs. Read more
