I took my wife out to Billy?s during our weekend in Old Forge NY. Our experience was great overall. The service was excellent... and the staff very friendly. The place was staffed by young yet knowledgeable and professional staff. The owner was present andvery friendly as well. The owner was also ensuring customers had what they required and was topping off water and anythingneeded. The wait time for our meal was short. We definitely didn?t need to wait long. Our meals were very well prepared and wellseasoned. Everything was fresh hot and nothing was over nor under done. I was honestly super impressed with the two young chefsand there skills. I had the cajun pasta dish and highly recommend it. My wife had the eggplant parmigiana, just high was alsodelicious. The venue is smaller, cozy and a nice laid back atmosphere. Billy went out of his way to cater a family memorial service for us. All of the food was absolutely delicious - appetizers,... pastas, chicken, eggplant and cannoli (all of the Italian relatives loved it) and he delivered everything to the camp that wehad rented. If you appreciate real Italian, Billy?s is it. Small and cozy on the main St in Old Forge, Billy?s could compete with the best... of them! I usually rate Italian by the sauce and meatballs, I must say, both were excellent! ?Hats? with broccoli featuringhandmade pasta was rustic and delicious! Other entrees, chicken parm, manicotti, and vodka Riggies were also excellent. Theatmosphere was like sitting at your mother-in-laws on a Sunday, we loved it! Didn?t really have high expectations for a touristtown, but Billy?s is the real deal! Reservations are a must, the dining area is small. Don?t even consider the competition intown, this is it! Billy is the owner. He does it all with a smile on his face. Excellent food, staff and a mainstay in the local community.... Usually very busy but make a reservation or order take out. Large portions of excellent Italian food. Prices are reasonable. Youwon't be disappointed! Read more

Our family loves Billy's, because you are treated like a member of the family as soon as you walk in. Bill greeted us and the... servers were among the best we have encountered. We started with hot sausage stuffed cherry peppers which are to die for. Thespecials were prepared perfectly - my wife had the chicken mushroom pesto alfredo, while I had the chicken and shrimpdijonnaise. Our son had his favorite, manicotti. Making reservations is highly recommended. We choose 4:30 PM. Our meals started with homemade hot bread loaves & salads. The... homemade Alfredo sauce on my pasta was absolutely delicious!! I ordered cannoli's for my dessert. I was expecting 1 and receiveda plate of 2. They were equally delicious! The background music of Frank Sinatra style music was prefect! Highly recommend!! Read more
