Stayed at great pines and ordered takeout here, we got the Cobb salad with brisket( spicy ranch dressing, it was delicious, ... pulled pork and chicken plate was good and plentiful. Smoked turkey sandwich was good, fries were good. This is a smaller size restaurant. It was great to not have to have reservations (October). Very friendly atmosphere! I ordered... the pulled pork meal that came with 1 side, and I ordered an extra side of mac and cheese. The platter of meat was way more thanI could eat so leftovers were brought home. My daughter is a vegetarian and yet they had a Smoked Vegetable Burger (v) which sheraved about! Figuring out the bill was why I didn't rate it a 5 of 5 stars. I would recommend stopping in!! 4.25 but google wont let me. The turkey was hands down the best item we ordered. And that includes pulled pork, ribs, brisket,... and catfish. Although these other items we good the turkey crushed it. The pulled pork was definitely a respectable second. Everything was worth a try. Read more
After a long and busy day at water Safari we were ready for some food. This place popped up quickly in our search and it did not... disappoint. We ate outside on the patio at a picnic table. Our server was very nice. The food was delicious and it came outpretty quickly. They got busier as the evening wore on. So another girl brought our check but we wanted to get some of theirfamed key lime pie for dessert. This was remedied quickly, we went in and told them we wanted dessert, decided to take it to go,they added it to the check and cashed us out. My girlfriend and I eat here every year while on vacation in Inlet. We usually get the Trail 5 Combo (ribs, brisket, pulled... pork) and the meals have never been a disappointment. She's on a gluten-free diet, and has always been easily accommodated. Thewaitstaff is very friendly and attentive, and the prices are quite fair. Next time I might try the Tip-A-Canoe burger for achange, because I'm a burger hound, and it sounds really, really good! Read more
My Fiancé and I stopped in for lunch after a beautiful weekend of hiking in the area. We ate in the outdoor area which was... clean, quiet, and very enjoyable. Our server was pleasant and precise, after placing our orders the food was ready lighteningfast! We will definitely revisit after our next Adirondack excursion, I recommend anyone looking for a clean, quick, anddelicious dining experience to do the same. Read more
