I don?t know why I keep going back and even trying with this place . They always make you pull around, along with other vehicles... to park in open spots (even handicap spots) when backed up and the cars get out of order after asking so many to wait in a openspot for their food, so one employee looks lost going car to car asking if this is their order. ?Fast food? turns into 20minutes. This has happened the last 3 times for me now as I went here a lot. Cup also 1/8 soda, 7/8 ice anymore. Go to anotherMcDonald?s, this one is soo bad. Read more
It's located in a great place. The worker's are very mannerly and kind. I've never once had a problem with McDonald's.
It's ok and that is it it used to be way better with a play place for kids but the only thing they have for kids there is those ... touch screen games. ok enough with the kids stuff time to talk about the food the food they make here is fine I haven't had aproblem with the food so it's pretty good. The workers are good too but I think there needs to be more people in the front totake orders usually you have to order on the kiosk screen. Now the drinks is where there IS a problem you cannot get refills fordrinks because the drink machine has not worked to witch seems to be for 2-3 months sorry if they ever "fixed" the machine itwould be a 5 star . Horrible! We placed an order online for pickup. My quarter pounder was so dry it was like eating sandpaper. We had to go back... in, because the person packing the order didn?t give my boyfriend his big mac? Terrible customer service, terrible food. We willstick to the Mcdonald?s on South Washington Avenue. Burgers a always juicy, and fresh, and the staff is MUCH nicer. Read more
Me and my wife had stopped figured we get a quick lunch I got the crispy chicken deluxe and she got the quarter pounder deluxe ... one there was so much mayo you choked on it and the chicken tasted I drank from a salt container and then my wife opened herssandwich up the patty was like beef Jerkey and and a again the sandwich was drowned in mayo and also the tomatoe there wheresize of a quarter don't know what establishment there running but that was the worst food I have ever had I think managementshould pay more attention to what kind food there pushing out to there customers Read more
I'm not big on fast food, but this is the best McDonald's in the area. They always get out order right, the dining area is... always clean, plus they have 2 free touch screen game stations to play! Read more
This place earned 5 stars, genuinely. My Big Mac was super hot and made to order, simply perfect. Didn't even have any lettuce... fall out into the container. Fries were hot and fresh too. The cashier gentleman was super friendly and went above and beyondwith customer service. So kudos to the kitchen and front staff. The inside is not freshly renovated in the 2020s like someother McDonalds locations but it's modern enough. We went during the lunch rush and we still found all the available tables tobe properly cleaned. Read more
