The manager is rude. He greeted everyone that entered the establishment except me, the only African American customer in the... store at the time. I had to ask that my food be placed in a bag, nor did I receive utensils. The customer service at thislocation used to be amazing. I will not be returning. Read more
We like Boston market. Often when traveling we will look for one to patronize. Being handicapped it has been a great help to... have delivery service available from this location. However this week was the second time that we?ve had a problem with anorder. And will not be ordering from this location again. The first time they order never arrived and it took over two monthsand multiple contacts with the district manager and the store manager before it was taken care of. Most recently the deliverycame and we were missing one of 4 meals and only two of the other 3 were what we ordered other items were missing from the orderas well sides etc.Unable to get in touch with the store that night (no answer) I called the following day and was told that theycouldn?t give any kind of a refund I would have to come to the store and pick up the items that were missing. When I said Iwasn?t able to do that I only wanted a refund on the items that were missing I was told that only corporate could issue a refundand they would pass along the information and was assured I would get a call. I did not. Two days later still no contact. Icalled my bank and will dispute the entire charge. I?m sure it?s no big deal for them but to me it?s not worth the aggravationanymore. Will go to the one in Mamaroneck, staff seems to be more on the ball. Read more
This location is one that we frequent. It's quiet and "in the cut" which is what we like most for our home-style meals when we... come here. Unlike other locations we've been to (to name one: the location on Central Park Av. in Scarsdale, NY), the food hasalways been good at this location and the portions are great. Neither my wife nor I have ever gotten sick from the foodhere. As far as service, there's room for improvements possibly in the morale area as certain employees' engagements withcustomers is severely lacking. I and several other patrons have witnessed on several occasions the seemingly uninterested,annoyed attitude, you're bothering me mindset of two people working here and should be addressed and changed. Maybe sometraining in this area of work should be suggested/offered, because people will not want to dine in a place or be served byindividuals that make them feel like they're being annoyance or bother to their time. I say this because on one occasion, awoman with her family behind us stated "Why is she acting like that when the person asking a simple question? There's no needfor attitude..", then they proceeded to leave the establishment without placing an order which equals money lost for thebusiness. First impressions mean a lot in customer service. Walked in had a coupon buy one get one free buy a drink. Got 2 meals Half of a chicken with potatoes creamed spinach as you... can see I ate my spinach a little chicken and potatoes. Second was one half chicken stringbeans and mashed have to get adrink I had raspberry lemonade. For 12.47 for one meal 9 dollars plus for free. Boston Market really knows how to do holiday catering with ease. Go to their website and order online. It?s a bit slow but with... some patience you?ll be able to check out and will receive a confirmation email for your order. When you arrive, let a staffmember know you?re picking up and they?ll take you out of the line and have you wait at a numbered table for your food. I washelped and out the door within 5 minutes.
