Ordered a Reese?s cup sundae for almost $7 and they gave me some vanilla ice cream with hot fudge on top. Is this your idea of a... Reese?s cup sundae, or did they just completely screw up my $7 order? Either way, 1 star from me. Btw the sundae wasn?t eventhat good. I know it's a donut joint but if you are going to serve any other food at least make it good. Had a sourdough breakfast sandwich... and whatever was done to the eggs it made them not taste or feel like eggs. Hashbrowns were microwaved(?). My last visit theymust have forgotten about my order. i live less than a 10th of a mile from this BR. its inside the dunkin donuts. so my family use to go at lease 4 times a week... .EVERYTIME we go there. Theres ALWAYS a reason we cant get what we want to order.Either their OUT of the ice cream we want. Theydont have the right cones, or somethings NOT working,. Very bad experience. Entered at 9:30 and was told they close at 9:30. They clearly close at 10pm. Was out of Mint and Chocolate... Chip and was told they had no more in the freezer. 1/4 of the ice creams had no labels and the employee had no idea what flavorsthey were. Will not go back. Read more

Came in at 8:40 pm and most of the tubs had been pulled. Two teenagers gawked at being caught closing early. I was actually... fairly tolerant of this, having worked retail before. Service was loose, because I?d their age. Again, fairly tolerant ofthis. Ordered for myself and my girls. We sat down to eat our cones. Two teenage boys came in and clearly knew the girlsworking. They took the trash out and visited with the workers. The girls announced at 4 till that they would be closing at 9. Ihad been keeping an eye on the clock and we were nearly done. The boys stage whispered that we didn?t hear them. I announcedthat I had and we would be leaving soon. At 9 pm on the dot we walked towards the door.
