What a disappointment this place is, looks like employees are all the rejects of the area, after arriving to pick up my pizza... and standing at the Locked front door for over 10 minutes, well everyone working just stares at me, someone finally came to thedoor opened it and told me I can only pick up my pizza through drive-thru, I have no idea that this store had to drive through,as no other Domino's I've ever been to my life has had one. I have ordered multiple pizzas and I had to pick them up with carryout as they do not deliver past Jones circle. Free pizza... after ordering multiple pizzas with rewards require additional fees as extra are not included. Extras are always purchased withoriginal orders. This is an awesome NEW location and great addition to Old Hickory!! Plus, this is another place, near by, that offers a GLUTEN... free option! Makes everyone in our hold hold happy! And my bbq chicken pizza was made to perfection! I love that they are soclose but also so fast! I only had a 30min break and even though I ordered during a prime time(12pm), my pizza's were ready forcarry out in just 15mins! I ordered garlic sauce and 2 pizza's and the employee, who brought it out, made sure to check thereceipt that i got everything. Which, she saw the garlic sauce was missing and let me know she would be right back with it! Iwish I would have had cash on me to tip her for noticing that! Had the Brooklyn style which means its the slice is suppose to flip over so that you have to fold it to eat it. It was stiff as... a bored, hardly any sauce and was overcooked. Waste of money Read more

Normally I'm not too big on Domino's Pizza, but I'll give credit where it's due, and the employees at this store did a great... job. Food was made right, tasted like it should. I want to add that the employees were super nice, and very pleasant. Read more
I'm embarrassed how excited I am for this location to finally open. Day one and they didn't disappoint. Picked up my order just... before 10pm and the team was as friendly and excited to be open as I was for them to be. Food was great, staff was great, theseguys out pizza the hut. Read more
