My hot ham and cheese I waited 10 minutes to be made neither was hot or had cheese. Then when I go back there is not one person... in the drive thru but it still took 5 minutes to answer. Inside locked so don't try it. They just could have cares about the jobat all. I won't be back. Read more
I have been coming to this Hardee?s for over 3 to 4 years now and always enjoy the experience there. But today I was a little... bothered and not understanding the policy. I usually order in the morning one of your breakfast platters a drink and I usuallyget a cup of hot water, today I was told that I would have to pay 2.65 for the cup if I wanted some hot water, which I?ve neverbeen charged for before. Lobby is closed, though they don't tell you that anywhere. They just keep the doors permanently locked throughout all times of... the day. Typical long line for drive-thru, and their system went down while I was waiting for my food making the wait evenlonger. Order was correct, but the food was barely warm. Read more

Why is this Hardee's even open? Why did they waste their money remodeling it when it's never open after breakfast? Anytime you... go to this Hardee's after 6:00 p.m. it's closed. But you always got four or five employees hanging outside with a bunch offriends. But you can't order no food. This Hardee's just needs to be closed permanently and put a new restaurant in there that'sgoing to be open. But you always got the employees and their friends hanging out eating Hardee's food.
