This McDonald's 8s very understaffed. My husband goes and gets me breakfast there sometimes and it never fails that he is there... at least 45 minutes. All for hotcakes and a caramel macchiato (I mean caramel coffee bc they never have the macchiato) the orderisn't ever right either or it's missing something. Tonight he ordered 3 holiday pies and 2 apple now that the holiday pies areback in and he got home to 5 pumpkin. Idk if it's just laziness or what but they seriously need to hire some people. Stay far away from thus place.. food is cold and sloppy. Girl at tge second window with the nappy afro is the rudest person... ever..don't ask her for ketchup she will curse you out. Save yourself the time and go to sonic or hardees. Way better food andmost importantly better service. Read more
Extremely rude staff, especially at night. They seem SO annoyed that they have to take your card and then hand you your food. No... thank you, no eye contact, no nothing. If they don?t want to be there, they need to go elsewhere. I get it, I used to have afast food job when I was young. It?s hard. But maybe it?s because I grew up in the 80?s and we learned how to be nice to peopleand act like human beings. I don?t expect a huge smile and bubbly attitude from fast food workers, but I do at least expect?Idon?t know?words. I don?t know if these people hate their manager, their jobs, people, etc?but this store is just horrible now.Last time I went the female cashier handed me my bag, didn?t look at me, rolled her eyes and I yelled ?you?re welcome!? as thedoor slammed closed in my face. Staff likes to double charge for online orders. They accept payment in the app & then demand second payment at window. When you... go back for a refund they refuse & make you call a corporate number. You have the right for a refund at the location thatcharged you the second time. We will never return to this location. Very bad customer service. Read more
We normally have good service here, but today was awful. I ordered a chicken nugget meal with a large coke and fry. When I got... up to get my food they gave me a medium coke. I said I had ordered a large. They then gave me a large, but as you can see it wasall ice. I asked for one that actually had coke in it. They then gave me a medium dr.pepper. I looked at the reciept and it sayslarge meal but under is written medium. We also asked for sweet and sour and did not get any. I get it that your short staffed,but no one else was in line. slowest service ever. Went to the restroom and an employee was also waiting, well she did not wash her hands when she was done.... The bathrooms were nasty, the entire place looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a week. It took 25 minutes to get 1 icedcoffee and they weren't busy at all. Unacceptable Read more
