Made an order online and their machines are broken but since it was online they couldn't give us a refund, they gave us a peice... of paper saying to come back tomorrow when the manager is in to get our order. If nothing works then close for the day and saveus the wasted time and headake. Read more
Great food and drink like always. But the staff...... Could be friendlier. I do get that when your short staffed it's hard, but... could be NICE and if the app says I can walk-in to get my food.... Don't lock the doors and make me walk through drive-thru. Iget if you can't take orders inside but either change the setting in the app or let people just walk in to get the pre-orderfood. Inadvertently drove up the right side of cones for the drive thru. With no one in line, I drove between two cones and up to... the order speaker. I was greeted by a teen who chastised me by telling me to drive all the way around the building, get in theleft lane, and return to the same spot to order. Apparently the young woman has exceeded her career potential. I promptlydrove off after such a condescending dissertation from a teen. Then again, it?s OOB, and that level of rudeness and lack ofeducation is expected. Read more
Let me start by saying it was a Sunday morning and very busy. However, busy doesn?t justify rude. The cashier was extremely... rude to us and rang up our order incorrectly. There was one woman who was kind and tried to help fix the order, meanwhile thesupervisor yelled at her to go do something else so he could take care of us. He preceded to yell at us and tell us we couldn?thave what we ordered, that we would have to pay more. I showed him our receipt and showe that we had already paid for more thanthey were giving us. He snapped and said if I fill these with almond milk will that make you happy? He then preceded to spillthe drinks everywhere and swear and continue to be rude. I have never felt so accosted at a Dunkin? Donuts in my life. I endedup leaving with what I did not order and overpaid for what I got. I feel sorry for the woman working who tried to be nice and Iam concerned for the employees that work under that supervisor and the lack of training and customer service care that obviouslydoesn?t happen. Both these drinks were untouched and disgusting. Didnt get the full amount of beverage paid for and they were made incorrectly.... Then when we try to talk to the worker he just brushed it off and walked away from the window saying it's a problem at allDunkin's right now. ???? Stopped by today and shared that in the past the avocado toast which in the past has been cold. My point was to mildly complain... not for free food but to bring it to their attention about it being cold the three times I ordered it before I was just bringingit to their attention so that they could be aware of that and while I did not order it they had an order of it when I went topick up my coffee and donuts the worker guarantee that it was warm and she was right it was very good and she said no chargedidn't order the avocado toast and said this is on the house so it was free and I didn't complain a big complainer but it wasa good gesture on their part I was pleasantly surprised and pleased.
