What a wonderful dining experience. We had a wonderful table on the deck overlooking the beach. We started with the calamari and... shrimp cocktail. The calamari was exceptional!! My wife and two daughters all got the stuffed haddock and loved it. I had thepasta maison and that was delicious also. Our server Dot was the highlight of the evening. She was so well versed in the menuand paced our dinner perfectly. She was also extremely friendly. We will definitely be returning to Joseph's by the Sea again. Read more
IT'S ALL ABOUT THE VIEW But Prices are surprisingly affordable and food is quite good. Nothing overly fancy tho. Great service,... although the staff at the reception were a bit rude to the prior customers. Right on the ocean, perfectly placed. Rooftop patiois where you wanna be. First time here since reopening after the fire. Made reservations for my husband's birthday,on the patio, so I thought. Ended up... inside. It was the perfect night to sit outside. Our reservations were at 5. We were told the patio was fully booked, couldn'tsit there. We left at 730, still were 2 empty tables.I was not happy. We eat here on opening night. The new patio area is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is excited to be there, which showed in their... friendliness and attentiveness. I had the seafood pasta. My mom had the Korean steak tips. One friend had the ravioli. The otherhad the stuffed haddock. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. We will return. Read more
Food was delicious and you can tell it's fresh! Calamari was awesome not tough or chewy rather tender and well seasoned. Haddock... and scallops was amazing too. Service was spot on! I was glad to meet Chef Bryan (or Brian) on our way out and let him know thefood was amazing!!!! Highly recommend to check this place, glad we did! Read more
