Tried to go in here today to get donuts for the kids. Signs on doors say mask required but several customers in line were not... wearing masks. Would appreciate if you?re going to have a policy that you apply it. Disappointed kids make for a crummy morning. Read more
I went here the first week the opened and was super impressed with the customer service & how modern this DD was. It?s so... beautiful and super clean. This morning on my way to work. I decided I would go through the drive through and get my usual.Medium iced coffee. Cream 1 sugar and 1 French vanilla shot. It was extremely bitter. dark. & taste disgusting. I hate TO BEthat person that complains and goes back in. But, it was that bad. I wasn't the only one who was complaining this morning but,it?s very upsetting cause it tastes so different with the new machine and on ?tap?. I guess I will just stick to the DD inWestbrook. Even though it?s no convenient I know it?ll come out correctly. The girl behind the counter was extremelyaccommodating and helpful. Nothing personal! Just don?t know why the coffee tastes this way! We stopped by with our grandkids for a treat! Parking lot is not huge but ample, and it was clean. Store was clean. The staff... was friendly and helpful. Large selection! Very patient people especially having little ones trying to make up their minds!Prices seemed to be fair. The donuts were fresh and really good! Read more
Fun...two old farts asking a very young employee to explain the difference between cappuccino and another fancy coffee. She... verified that we were there at the correct time to qualify for $2.00 medium special coffees-- hot or cold. We actually stoppedthere because I needed to "go' and the facilities were clean and bright. The associate had a great personality, was patient, andwe ordered the two special coffees-- and a Boston cream doughnut. Delish. Read more

The staff is great and very friendly. My husband and I aren't from this area but have lived here going on 2 years and have... gotten my coffee here everyday for that time. Our coffee is always ready before we walk in which is great because this locationgets very busy. My daughter lives the wake up wraps. Like LOVESSSS them. Always clean and trash is never overflown. I absolutelylove this location hands down and nobody else makes my XL like them. Its either too sweet or not sweet enough. Read more
Great doughnuts. Coffee is good, they add to much creamer, I ask for it on the side so it can be darker.
