Beyond one of my favorite five guys places to eat I go there any chance that I can to have a nice burger and fries!!
IMO, High priced but very good food! I got a bacon cheese burger with nothing added and won't pay $13.00 again anytime too soon.
I am Hispanic I been to this place 3 times the first time I went , one of the crew workers that work there gave me a face and a... attitude i asked no salt on fries and she put salt on fries I reminded her that the fries was suppose to no salt she answered mewith ? you will have to wait? (bit with and attitude) I thought it was a misunderstanding of me but the second time I was thereit happen again and the third time the same employee took my order was giving me an attitude again, she was very polite to othercustomers but when It was my turn she stared at me weird started giving me an attitude, she kept asking me if I was done with myorder, ( I got mad this time because it was not the first time that happened and I notice that it was not my misunderstanding)I can?t believe that there is people out there still being racist. Black and white milkshake, (frappe) was absolutely delicious. Was driving had a brain freeze, and kept on sucking on that straw,... could stop, was just the right consistency and flavor! A must try...will not disappoint!!! Read more
Normally love Five guys but today's experience was less than good. Placed a decent sized order and figured it would take at... least 25 minutes but you go there for fresh cooked food. We barely sat for ten minutes and our was ready. I thought great thatwas fast! The fries were not double fried they were oil soaked soggy fries. They also normally greet you but nothing. It wasn'tbusy either. Never had that experience there. Read more
They always make great food and when its busy, they make sure to apologize for any wait. Tonight they were very professional... when a rude adult customer was being very disrespectful and causing a scene unnecessarily. All of the workers went up andbeyond while the customer was causing issues and handled it with class. The fries were amazing and the burger even better.Highly recommend this location, and the employees and manager deserve recognition for professionalism. Read more
Love the food here and did not take to long. Great burgers and the fries are great, which is good because they give you a lot of... them. The service was also fast and the people were very nice and friendly. I also like that they have those coke machines wereyou can combine a bunch of flavors together. Would definitely go back if I was am in the area again. Read more
Pros: Prompt and quick service, burger had extra hot sauce when asked, and it?s a damn good burger. Cons: Extremely lazily done... Cajun fries; I?m not sure why this seems to be an issue with Five Guys as a whole, but the fries had an extremely disappointinglow amount of seasoning for the price, they might as well have been plain. Nearly every five guys save for one in the severalacross CT that I?ve been to has had a subpar amount of seasoning done and the whole point of these amazing fries IS theirflavorful Cajun fries. Maybe next time. The fact is, is the FG Cajun fries are an S tier fry experience - right up there withMcDonalds. But when not seasoned - they turn into a C tier experience. Read more
